I lose top charts numbers
Hello,
I have a problem with the graphic interface on top charts, the number of the track dissapear and instead appear the play icon in all tracks. Also when this problem appear there are a sound when i change of window.
I have already reinstall itunes, quick time player and flash player to the last version but the problem continues.

If you are running iOS 4 or higher you can use an app like My Contact Backup to back up your contacts prior to updating. If not, consider backing them up to cloud service like Google.

If the other top chart options and/or tabs in the iTunes store aren't working then have you tried closing the iTunes app via the multitasking bar and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? Double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the iTunes app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
If that doesn't fix it then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
Can't browse top charts, etc. in Apple Store
Hi! Does anyone encountered the same problem I experienced with my Ipad2 recently? I can't browse top charts, etc in my Ipad2, but it checks for updates & I can still search for a specific application, Same goes with my ITunes & IBooks. For ITunes it doesn't display the movies, music, tv shoes, etc. when I clicked on it but if I typed in the search box it searches & shows result.
I've tried turning off then on again my unit but still the same. Hope someone can help me. Thanks!Have you tried closing the iTunes app completely and seeing if it works when you re-open it ? In the App Store, when you go into top charts then free column there are free apps but also payed ones
Which apps are you referring to ? If Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iPhoto and iMovie then they are free to people who have activated a device since 1st September 2013, and have iOS 7 installed on the device.

In the App Store on the iPad (iOS 6) can you view the Top Charts for iPhone? It used to be possible in a previous version of iOS.

itunes app no longer showing genres or the top charts/genius bar in the top bar ... it only displays a faint music in the centre with just the search box..why? i need them back:-(
The iTunes Store listing of your podcast is simply reflecting the contents of your podcast feed. Make sure all of the content you want displayed in the iTunes Store is still contained within your feed.

So,there was no necessity of creating DNS.How your app communicates with db shouldn't matter for the end user. Still, you may want to use a functional network name also for the thin client driver connection string.
So,is there any other way to solve this problem.What is the problem really? Do you not use dns for network naming? Maybe you have to manage the hosts file on every client then. -

My MacBook Pro shows the logo in a white screen when I ask for a Software Update under the apple. Actually it stays blank on Featured, Top Charts, Categories and Purchases as well. What up? Thanks.
I am having exactly the same problem right now. After some research, it looked like my HD was toast. I replaced it today, that part was easy, but now I cannot seem to use my original Install Disk to format the new HD. I get a grey restart screen, or if I get to the Language Selection screen, my cursor is frozen in left corner and I can't use it.
Very frustrating, hope someone else has some ideas!
PS My MacBook was about same age, and "expired" in exactly the same way as yours. -
on my ipad, in the ibooks app, the categories icon disappeared next to the library icon in the top left hand corner, when i go the the top charts in the store..how do i get it back?
Try 1 of 2 things.
Double tap the Home Button on the iPad > you should see the Dock tray with your apps in > hold on iBooks until you see the app jiggleing with a red circle and white line > tap that red circle > re-opoen iBooks.
If that does not work repeat above but do not open iBooks after you close it, now power off your iPad and turn it back on. You can power it off by holding the power button on top of the device for about 5-10 seconds. -

How to see the iPhone Apps top charts on an iPad?
How can I view the top charts for the iPhone Apps on my iPad in the AppStore? You were able to do this on iOS 5 by pressing the "Show iPhone Apps" button on the bottom when you scrolled down. Though ever since iOS 6 I just couldn't find a way/that button.
