I lost access to Acrobat X.

I subscribed to Creative Cloud in May of 2012. As part of a promotion for early adopters, Adobe offered a free upgrade to CS6 for existing Creative Suite customers. This upgrade included Acrobat X, which I have been using ever since. I cannot upgrade to Acrobat XI due to incompatibilities with some plug-ins that are crucial to my work.
Today, I was in the unfortunate situation of having a corrupted Acrobat X installation. Of course, my first course of action was to do a fresh re-install of Acrobat X. After uninstaling, I was surprised to find that Acrobat X is not listed in Adobe Application Manager, even in the Previous Versions section, despite other CS6 products being available.
I contacted Adobe customer support. The person I spoke with wasn't the least bit helpful. After battling trying to explain my issue, the only response I was offered was "Acrobat X is not included in Creative Cloud products." I understand that it is not part of Creative Cloud anymore, but it used to be, prior to the CC line of products. I can still download Acrobat X from adobe.com, but I don't have a serial key to activate it!
What gives? Why am I no longer allowed to use a product I paid for? This is unacceptable.

Can you personally message the case number provided to you via personal messaging so that I can follow it up & find if any resolution can be found out.

I've lost access to my e-mail and my apple ID. No way to reset them. It's a hotmail email address and Microsoft is refusing to reset it even after I provided all the necessary proof of ownership.
2 problems:
I can't switch to a new apple id and loose all my purchased apps
I can't switch to a new apple id as I'm being asked for the password of my current apple id - to disable the 'find my iPhone'-feature
How do I proceed as my device is virtually unusable as is ..

We also can't speculate on what exactly iOS 7's new security features will actually do, all that's available is what has been said so far by Apple, anyone using a developer version is forbidden to discuss it anywhere but in the developers community.

Lost access to one of my iTunes libraries with 10.4

I have upgraded to OSX10.7 and iTunes 10.4. Before I was running two separate libraries in iTunes. One works now but the other is greyed out and will not open. Is there a way I can convert this other library?

I have answered my own question but it may be of general help - If you have more than one library but only one of them is recognised, try the following: Compress the one which is recognised and throw out the original. Then attempt to start iTunes. It will say you need to find or create a library. Select Find and do not try to select the library you want to open. Instead select the folder in which it resides. It should then open fine. If you have only had one library but have lost access to it, it would probably do no harm to use this technique of selecting the enclosing folder, rather than the library.

IOS 8.3 and file system - lost access

Since updating to iOS 8.3 I've lost access to my iPad's file system using iFunbox and various file explorers using both PC and Mac.
It seems that a sandbox is being enforced in a way that even prevents reading of files or deletion of junk files (which kind of defeats the purpose of a sandbox.
I can't find a way around this but it also means that I can't backup maps in Minecraft which destroys the multi-platform nature of the app and renders hundreds of hours of work over months useless!
Effects of the problem:
1) I cannot access my stored data
2) I cannot delete junk files including file clutter created by apps - this means that a factory reset will be needed more frequently
3) I cannot manually backup files that are missed by automatic backup
4) The ability to use custom maps on Minecraft has gone
5) I cannot track what data apps are storing
Is there a workaround for this problem presumably until Apple fixes it (all ver

Some applications, such as Spotify, write a lot of data in the memory card. Because of the earlier case, the memory is running out of space and sometimes urgent need to eliminate these temporary files that are unnecessary.
I find it intolerable that Apple does not propose a solution to this problem or provide a tool that allows us to iPad users delete these temporary files.
I agree that security is important, but it is true that we see as our daily use memory cards are running out of space.
Therefore, I demand that Apple me a solution to this problem.

After upgrading our portal from 7.01 to 7.3 have (specific) users lost access to display information (roles etc) about other users in the Delegated User Administraion area (Content Author --> Delegated User Administration).

Or maybe you downloaded Mail from another source?

If you're trying to open a copy of Safari on your Desktop or anywhere else other than the Applications folder, delete the copy and use the one in the Applications folder. Otherwise, do as follows.
Back up all data, then reinstall the OS. You don't need to erase the startup volume, and you won't need your backup unless something goes wrong. If your Mac was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you’ll need the Apple ID and password you used to upgrade.
If you installed the Java runtime distributed by Apple and still need it, you'll have to reinstall it.

What do you mean by "reset?"
Your iTunes Store purchases are tied to the Apple ID (email address) that they were purchased with. If you log in to iTunes with a different Apple ID then you won't have access to your previous purchases. Is that what is happening?

Your "profile" is the information in your original post that tells us that you are using OS X (10.6.8).
We will assume that you are using OS X (10.6.8). If you are not sure what OS X you are using.....
Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen
Click About This Mac
Post back with the OS X Version number that you see there
In the meantime, please right-click on the Time Machine clock icon on the dock at the bottom of the screen and then click Browse Other Time Machine Disks. Select the other disk if it appears. See if your old backups are there.
