On the computer go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and see if a backup is listed. If no backup then unless you backet up to iCloud then, as I said my first reply:
- If you used PhotoStream then try getting them (photos only) from your PhotoStream. See that topic of:

You didn't lose your add-on, it has just been Disabled because it is not Compatible with the latest version of Firefox that you are using now.
Try using this extension to Force Compatibility.

Restore your library from your most recent backup (you do keep regular backups, I hope). If the hard drive is in any way salvageable it may be possible to mount it in an external enclosure, connect it to your PC, and retrieve data from it even if it is not functioning as a primary OS drive (if you don't have the kit necessary to do this, your local PC repair shop may be able to help). Failing that, you can always recreate your library by re-importing your CDs.

Lost all the events in my calendar on my iPhone overnight!

I checked my phone this morning, and overnight, all my events have disappeared.
They are still on my MacBook so I'm unsure why this has happened.
I've tried turning the phone on and off again and checked the calendars are ticked that I want to be displayed.
Please can somebody help me with this?

Try a reset. Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds till the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't solve it, check Settings > iCloud to make sure:
You're signed in correctly
The Calendars button is "On".

You should ahve been syncing the contacts with your computer all along. Just sync them to the new one.
Everything should be on your computer as you should have been syncing.
If you failed to sync everything with your computer, then you can try restoring from the last backup.

My AOL account on Firefox got hacked and I lost all contacts and file folders. Is there anyway I can find a backup file and reload??

My AOL account is on Mozilla/firefox, I do not have a disk loaded version. Unfortunately, I stupidly gave a "AOL Support" service my password, they got into my account, sent emails to my contact list, and cleared out my contacts as well as my saved folders. I immediately changed my password, but still lost the files.
Is there a procedure I can use to recover those AOL files??

You should contact AOL directly. They probably make backups every so often. Might not be up-to-date, but it's a better bet than combing through old cache files on your PC.

They're not lost, they simply don't show because you settings ask it not to.
Go to Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendar --> Calendar --> Sync --> All events

Lord K. Thank you. Yes I am within the 90 time period, however I travel Intertionally and I can not receive not make a call to Apple. I was just at the Genius Bar in Chicago and they said, don't worry about it. It just floats out there, however, I can not recover my messages on a flash drive. I need to go back to my old computer which I don't have with me. My messages were in folders for a lawsuit. It is going to take an incredible amount of work for me to, you have no Idea. We are talking thousands of pages! I the defendent will have them during discovery so I am not so worried. Outlook not showing all-day events in shared calendars

One of my users cannot see all-day events on shared calendars if those events are marked as "free" (as in the person is not busy or out of the office.) We use these events for a time-off calendar, and being on our help desk she needs to know when
people are not in the office.
We just replaced her computer and this was not an issue on the old computer, just the new one. Everyone else can see these events, the issue is just her on this specific computer. She can see all-day events on her own calendar, she can see all-day events
on shared calendars if the event is not marked as "free", and she can see any event on a shared calendars where the event is not all-day (including "free" events.) The problem is only with all-day "free" events that are on a shared
calendar, and the issue is only present on one computer.
We have tried uninstalling and re-installing Office, we have tried resetting her views in the calendar view, we have tried just about every option that we can find within Outlook with no avail.
Any idea?

Hi,
I noticed that the issue only happens to specific user with specific computer. Please do the following checking to narrow down the issue:
1. please update the Outlook client with the latest patches and service packs.
2. disable using Exchange cached mode and check whether the issue happens in Online mode in this computer.
3. Start
Outlook in safe mode to have a try.
4. Perform a clean boot
in your Windows for the new machine.

Check to see if they are on your calendar on icloud.com. If they aren't, all you can do is try to restore to your last backup, although it isn't clear that calendar events are included in the iCloud backup.
