I lost an application but i have the order number how to get it back

hello people... hope that your having a good time...
just this morning i had my ipad2 hang, it was locked and not responding to any screen touch so i decided to restore it... while i thought that i sync all apps... i missed the most important i guess... now i cant find it after restore...
still i have the order number... is there a way to bring it back?

Your Subscriber ID can be found in any of several possible locations. These include your Subscriber ID card or welcome letter (for retail subscribers),
your initial Welcome e-mail from Microsoft, or the shipping label on media shipments.
I recommend you to contact
MSDN Subscriptions customer service center, explain to them that you lost your subscribe ID. You

If you set up the Find My iPod service prior to the iPod going missing, then there is a chance that can be tracked, though it depends on a number of factors: the iPod is turned on, connected to a WiFi network, and has not had the Find My iPod service disabled. Log into icloud.com and go to the Find My iPhone section. Note, though, that you'll only get the location of the WiFi router to which the iPod is connected; there's no way to pinpoint the exact location of the iPod itself.
If you did not set up Find My iPod, then there is no way to track it. You should the police and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPod (the iTunes Store, for instance).
One final possibility if you did not set up Find My iPod; if you believe you know the area in which your iPod was lost, you may be able to send an email or Facetime request and hear the "ring" and be able to locate your iPod that way.

You could always READ the article from which the question was posted as it explictily details how to find the IMEI and several other identifying numbers. Including ways to find them in iTunes without the phone.

If it is the first CS version then you will need to check out the following. I believe it applies to CS as well even though it specifies CS2....

I'm sorry, I do not fully understand your question. However if you are looking for the email address which you have used for your iTunes account, you can find this out by using the "get info" command on any items you have previously purchased from iTunes and navigating to the summary tab.

I'm assuming you mean you don't have your camera application (which is not saved on any backup anyway).
One way to find it is to get to your home screen, swipe the screen from right to left, and type "Camera" in the search field. Camera is a core Apple app and cannot be deleted, so it must be there somewhere.
An alternate approach is to do Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout
