I lost an email I sent this morning. It is no longer in history.
I went into the "sent" box to retrieve it. I had forgotten to "add attachments". It disappeared. I went into "history" and opened it. I thought I had "copied" it to "compose", but it did not "paste". I cannot find it. Can you help?
Sorry, Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If you cannot connect to your incoming mail server, then you need to check your mail account and the incoming mail settings. What is the rest of the error that it shows about not being able to connect to the server. It should provide you with more info.

After the update this morning, I cannot move away from the agreement, terms, etc. page - I click on accept, but nothing happens and I can't get any other screen to come up.

How do I disable Smart Print? Since I enabled smart print this morning I can no longer send pictures
I enabled smart print this morning. Since then I am not able to send pic via my email to print. I received a message from HP's ePrint service saying printing has been delayed because the printer is turned off or not connected to the internet. I like the Smart Print option but I also like being able to print from my Iphone as well ! Is it possible to do both ?
I'm using a Presario desktop & windows 7.
I have done all of the steps suggested here - both the Bing bar program & the HP smartprint 1.0.9.0 are listed.
When I right click the command bar - The HP smartprint icon does NOT show up.
I don't see any thing that I can guess is the Bing Bar.
Help Please This has been going on for way to long!!!!!

Email Connection Issues This Morning - Anyone Else...
Looking at the service status page there is no mention of any current issues (unless I'm looking in the wrong place) but I'm struggling to access my email today. The email login page is only appearing about once out of ten attempts and when it does finally load and I try and login it fails, with an error message asking for my full email address...which is what I was using.
I'll leave it for a few hours...but wondered how geographical this issue is. I'm in Gloucester.

I wrote an email from my iPad. The recepient didnt get it.
I have researched the information thoroughly so there's no way I can do it again.Two words of advice. For complicated / extended emails I prepare the body of the email in the Pages app first where it is saved automatically and then I copy & paste it to the Mail app. Also, I blind CC all my sent emails so that I have a copy on all devices, including my iPad. (my main account is not IMAP). Either of these two practices would have avoided your dilemma.

None of my online games work on my laptop. I updated Adobe Flash player but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I didn't see anything wrong with the old version and now there is definitely something wrong with this new version. Everything worked just fine last night and now none of it works. Why is that?

Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you. -
I upgraded Safari this morning, and now when I try and read an RSS feed it opens up mail.

Question
I can no longer send or respond to email from my Firefox browser. I closed and sent from Internet explorer and it works fine. What changed? The only thing different this morning, I downloaded Adobe uprade?I had this hotmail issue myself a while back. I Googled, scanned MS website, scanned MSN website, visited forums, couldn't figure it out. I tried Firefox and Opera and even changed the Opera mask setting from Opera to Internet Explorer. Nothing worked. My best guess was that I was signing on (with the new MSN Live as opposed to MSN Hotmail - the OLD interface) with the "Remember me on this computer?" box checked. I now make sure it is un-checked (which is not the default) and hotmail lets me in.
Not exactly sure if that is the real remedy, but thot I'd throw the story your way just in case... -
Hi this morning I tried to send an email with 4 Jpegs photos about 32 meg in size. Hit the send button and it would not send just went round and round for 30 min. Turned off the computer and restartednow I can't access mail on the computer and when in mail mode the quit mail button is greyed out so I can't quit and restart the mail program. My icon shows no mail on the dock yet I know I have 80 plus emails to wade through. Using 2008 MacBook Pro with version 10.6.8. Any help would be appreciated? Looked through the help screens with no luck. Thanks Doug.
Thanks Sig for your input. Yes my ISP says about 27 meg but didn't know this, prior to sending the email. How do I break up the email. Two, when I do break up the email message will it stop the sent message wheel from going round & round, has been doing this now for 3 hours. [email protected]

Thunderbird sent out 100+ scam emails this morning from one of my Gmail accounts.
Thunderbird is my email software. It handles my email account from my ISP (used for private business), plus 2 other Gmail accounts one for family and one for the local camera club.
This morning, some 100+ spam email messages were sent from one of the Gmail accounts, but accessed the address book of all 3 email accounts - most of the names in each address book are only unique to one address book and not duplicated across the other address books.
I have Forefront, Karpersky and Norton running on the notebook, but nothing showing as a problem. And supposedly, Gmail is meant to scan emails before it delivers them.
The scam emails are all similar - one word in the subject, but with a space in the word (ie De livered), a one line message saying I sent you a message, please open it and then a link to open.
Please help.One anti virus is all any computer can cope with more simply means more false positive and more chance of none of them working.
Now you say Thunderbired sent these mails. Did a message come up when you started Thunderbird asking to send unsent mails (as would happen if they were added to it's outbox while it was closed.)
did you see anything saying Thunderbird was sending mail?
Or is the mail actually from some web site that your logged into using your, say facebook, credentials that has now spammed your contacts list bacause you allowed to list on that web site. -

Well, there's definitely a mac and a Windows version. And you're at the right page. I think the problem is that someone forgot (or decided not to) to update the text at teh bottom of the page to have Mac and Windows.
Just push the button, you'll get the Mac update no problem.
