You can ask, but there's almost certainly nothing they will be able to do for you. Gift cards, from any retailer, are almost always treated like cash and hence cannot be replaced if you lose them. Apple's terms say:
Neither Issuer nor Apple is responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates, iTunes Cards, Content Codes, or Allowances.
Sorry, but you're probably out of luck.

If you bought the item with a credit card I suppose there is an outside chance that some form of the purchase protection insurance on the card might cover it.

You can check the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions. If they are the same nef files that you were importing into your PC, see if the reason is an error message like the thread above this one. Permissions issue.

I can't log into my iTunes account on my iPhone 5s. I logged out a few days ago to trouble shoot because I was trying to redeem some iTunes cards but when i pressed redeem nothing happened. I then tried to log back in immediately afterwards. I was unable to do so. After clicking "sign in" at the bottom of the apps main page, it brought up another menu where I clicked "Choose existing Apple ID". After pressing this the menu disappeared and nothing happened. I tried this multiple times and received the same result each time. I tried the other available option of creating a new AP ID to log in with and that one worked perfectly fine. I am clueless as to why the log in for me is either not able to load or just completely blocking me from getting back into my iTunes account on my phone. Not only can I not listen to the music I currently have, but I cannot log in to purchase the new music that I wanted to with my unused iTunes gift cards
I have the same problem too and tried alot of things like time zone , restarting or changing DNS of wifi connection to 8.8.8.8 still nothing happens .. !!

The songs are not still downloading in the Downloads tab in the iTunes store app, or do they show in the Purchased tab in the app for downloading ? Or does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes find it ?
