I lost my application , Jdeveloper 12C is the reason

i made application using Jdeveloper 12C , but i faced some bugs , when i tried to open my application using version ( 11.1.2.4) it did not open
how can solve this problem ?

User, the problem is that I 2c users different meta data at some points which 11.1.2.4.0 doesn't understand. However this doesn't mean that you lost everything.
You can create an new application in 11.1.2.4.0 and then copy the src files from 12c to the new application. You might get some errors, but you can fix them. At the end you have an 11.1.2.4.0 application and can work with this.
Question is why don't you continue using 12c for your development?

JAX-RPC client with JDeveloper 12c

Hello,
It's the first time I use jax-rpc (I'm used to jax-ws) and looking for help.
I need to create a client for a JAX-RPC web service using JDeveloper 12c.
The customer provided to me a WSDL file (I don't have access to the webservice yet). In JDeveloper I created as usual a "Web Service Client and Proxy" providing that wsdl file, but I think the generated code is for a JAX-WS (since there are @WebMethod, @WebServiceClient and @WebService notations that I understood should not be present in JAX-RPC clients.
Can anyone point me to some documentation about JAX-RPC client developing in JDeveloper 12?

I created a project in jdeveloper and created a jsp page inside the project, all what i want is to run that page!

I am building a local web application, meaning the server is internal and will not connect to the web, only to local pcs via network. the application will insert/select data from the database server. My company wants to embed oracle technology on the datatabse and that what am trying to. I am not that expert in java and oracle in general, my main knowledge are in php, html and mysql programming. through my long internet research a lot has recommended jsp with html to be a good choice.
At beginning I played around with ADF faces, I found it annoying because I prefer coding than using drag and drop interfaces, which always create unwanted results.
Also am not that professional java programmer, i started learning jsp and found it easier.
What I am thinking of is to make a web based application that works in browsers (like php), this application has forms to insert data, and also has forms to output data for printing. that's all. I tried to make it in php, but through my little knowledge and internet researches it seems php does not work with oracle and java is the recommended choice (or it works with php but too complicated to make it)
any recommendation will be much appreciated

I'm not sure how this is an iTunes issue, but anyway, other than buying the apps from the Mac App Store (note that iDVD and iWeb are not available via the App Store), the only alternative is to call Apple support and give them the serial number of your Mac. They can usually sell you a new disk set for a reasonable fee.

I've lost my applications folder from the dock

I've lost my applications folder. I think I picked it up by accident and put it in the trash. But was unable to recover it. I've tried taking the applicaions folder from finder and that works to the point that it puts a shortcut on the desktop. But I want my applications folder returned to it's former glory with the A on it and in the dock. Help

You should update your profile to indicate what version of Mac OS X you are currently running.
And this is an OS question, not an iMac question.
Have you tried dragging the Applications folder to the Dock? It has to be dragged to the right side of the dividing line between individual applications on the left and folders/trash on the right.

Developers sometimes remove (or are forced to remove) their apps from the store. If you have it on your iPad, and it's compatible with the iPhone, then you can copy it to your computer's iTunes from the iPad via File > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync it to the iPhone.

Hi Timo, This application developed in 11.1.2.3, Now i am opened this application in JDev 12.1.2.0, This application is successfully compiled. But when i am running this apps in JDeve 12c(Integrated WLS) then Integrated WLS started but Application not deployed, and i am getting below error.

I am trying to call a java stored procedure in java application. I am using ORACLE database and JDeveloper.
I am getting error "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException. I have no idea what have I been doing wrong.
I have a table "Beer" and I want to select all the data out with a stored procedure which I call out of Java app.
I have a java.class file Store_A.java which I have loaded into the ORACLE database with LOADJAVA :

When I try to run the java file, I get this error "Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException at client.Class1.main(Class1.java:29).
So the line I get error in is "conn.close();"

I'm not going to repeat everything again just this one main piece of advice:
Until you get you code working outside the database don't even bother trying to load it into the DB and create a Java stored procedure.
You are trying to deal with too many different issues at the same time. Unless you solve your primary Java problem by fixing the code outside the DB you will have nothing but problems loading it into the DB.
And just get rid of this line of code - you don't need it anymore and it hasn't been done like that for many years now:

JDeveloper 11.1.2.4.0
Using the embedded JDK 6.0_24-b50
Also I tried to solve the problem So I change the JDK to another Installed in my device 6.0_41 , but with no benefit.
Problem Description :
I create an ADF page fragment , create a manged bean (Request scope) , and create Some action listeners in the managed bean, also I change the "Hot class reload policy" from Tools -- Preferences -- Run -- WebLogic and make it Fast Swap, after that I run my application in debug mode. the page work properly but sometimes If you change the code at run-time in the manged bean and recompile the managed bean and try put break point , The embedded Weblogic application Server automatically shut down!! and raise the following in stack trace:

JDeveloper 12c and SVN not working

I have JDeveloper 12c on several machines in both a 'developer all in one integrated' and 'standard' environments (separate JDeveloper and Weblogic server). When I commit changes to a Service Bus application pipeline (like add a http proxy) to my SVN server (I know this server works correctly) everything looks like it goes fine. When I try to download the change on a different machine/JDeveloper the changes not only do not show up but the pipeline/proxy map is empty! Anyone seen this behavior?

I had seen this issue in JDev 11g, not in 12c though. I guess the JDeveloper system files got corrupted or not created properly. So, I deleted the system folder and reopened the JDeveloper and it worked fine for me.
System folder would be located at %USERS%/AppData/Roaming/JDeveloper/system12.1.3.0.x.x.x. Delete the folder in both the machines and try.

When will JDeveloper 12c with support for Weblogic 12c is planned for release? Oracle Enterprise Pack for Eclipse already supports Weblogic 12c and I am wondering if JDeveloper support for Weblogic is always going to lag behind that of Eclipse.

This page (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/eclipse/overview/index.html) says there is an OEPE 12c available now that works with weblogic *12c* that supports ADF application development 'design time'. this is a bit confusing.
However, it doesn't say which version of ADF and it cannot be 12c because:
the latest ADF runtime available is still 11.1.2.2 i.e. there is no ADF runtime currently available for Weblogic 12c ..

Your signature lists both, Mac and iOS device - are you asking about GarageBand on your Mac or your iPhone/iPad?
If you are asking about the upgrade from GarageBand '11 to GarageBand 10.0 on your Mac, the old GarageBand version should still be installed. The installer will have moved GarageBand '11 to a separate folder "GarageBand 6.0.5" in your Applications folder. Open this folder and click "GarageBand". Does this version still see your old projects? If not, type ".band" into the Spotlight searchfield in the upper right corner of your screen. Does that sfind your missing projects?
If you are asking about GarageBand on iPad/iPhone, there it is not possible to restore the previous version after you upgraded. And I do not see, how this upgrade could have deleted your projects. Have they completely vanished, or can you not open them any longer? If your projects have vanished, restore your device from your backup: See: iCloud: Backup and restore overview
