The Lightroom serial number is cross-platform. It works on both Windows and Mac.

I just bought a 2nd ipad and want to download books purchased with my first ipad without being "double charged". Is there a way to do this?
If you are syncing with a computer and transferring your purchases there you can sync the 2nd iPad with the computer and transfer all of them (quickest method). If you are using the same Apple ID on the 2nd iPad you can download them again without being charged.

You need to reset the password for the "old" account, and then use that to turn off iCloud. Then you will be able to sign in with your new ID.
You can reset your password at iForgot.apple.com.

I took my credit card number off b/c I was having problems with it and I was waiting for a new card , and itunes would not let me update and already purchased apps and TV seasons! What is that all about?!
I just called the 1-800-My-Apple and the said there is really nothing they can do about it. They said I had an outstanding payment of $8.54 (or something like that), I said I know b/c of the problem I am having with my bank, but NO previous completed purchases should have anything to do with this outstanding payment . It should not keep me from being able to update or download previously completely paid apps, TV Shows, or movies - they are mine, and I paid for them. I submitted a complaint.. that just isn't right!

Because of the lengthy download times and large file sizes, I have TV show downloads that are available but which I no longer want. How can I delete them from my available downloads list in iTunes?

i am literally fuming over this.
First off. i purchased an album for preorder when i didnt have money in my account.
now i have money in my account and it wont fricking download. ive tried turning on automatic pre orders i've signed in and out ive done all that crap and it still just says purchased.
second, i can't download ANYTHING to itunes. i JUST purchased two new songs and it will not download them to itunes. i keep clicking on the little fricking cloud button but nothing happens. if itunes just took my money and wont give me my songs i am going to freak out someone please help meAre you logged into her iTunes account using her Apple ID on the iPad? Settings>Store>Apple ID?
If you are, you could try restarting the iPad and try again, maybe that will reset everything - and maybe it won't. But, if you continue to get the message about contacting support, there may be a red flag that came up somewhere along the line - and the only way to resolve it may be to contact iTunes Support. -
