My iPhone 4 will not turn on and is just displaying the itunes symbol not the apple symbol. How do I fix it? My phone died and I went to plug it in and it just displayed the itunes logo. I've had my iTunes account for about a year now, and I just got the iPhone 5s. I logged into my iTunes account on my phone just fine, and all the music I've bought on iTunes has transferred to my phone, but the cds I burned haven't. The sync button is gray so I can't click on it. The songs from the cds on iTunes are checked and should sync but haven't. Please help!

After rebooting my PC to finish Norton's installation, I opened Firefox and all of my bookmarks and add-ons were gone. My persona was also missing, too. Is there any way to remedy this without having to go through and re-bookmark every page?
I also found an article entitled, "Bookmarks and toolbar buttons not working after upgrading," to which I was redirected after clicking on the link "Configuring Norton 360" from the article "Lost Bookmarks." However, it says that "This article is no longer maintained, so its content might be out of date."Thanks, but I checked iCloud and it has none of them.
If it backed up to my laptop, that died and I just got the new computer. The one that's crashed won't even boot, so there's no way to even tell if it was syncing the contacts along with all the phone photos. Literally happened at the same time - it was because I had the new computer that I was finally able to pull the photos off the phone and make room for the upgrade. It had refused to upgrade for lack of space for some time.
I had thought it was set to sync to iCloud but it vanished from BOTH my phone and the cloud. That's why I'm so angry about it. -

Why won't my iPhone 5c "go to sleep" unless it's on the lock screen? If I close out an app and am just on the home screen it just stays lit until I hit the button to force it to sleep...
Your issue is different from the OP's. In the future, post your own thread to get answer to your specific questions.
For the OP: Go to Settings > General > Auto-Lock and set it to your preferred time.
For you: Create a backup and restore the device as new and test it to see if it still gets very hot. -

That is normal for purchasing apps for a device not previously associated with your Apple ID.

i lost my macbook pro and i just got a new one. how can i retrieve the pictures taken with photo booth(old laptop) to my new laptop?
Well if you don't have the laptop to get the storage drive out of it, and you don't have any previous backups how do you expect to get the photo's?
PhotoBooth is just a program, it stores the files on the computers storage drive, if the computer is lost so are your photo's.
There is nothing you can do to delete or retrieve them using your new computer unless you stored them online someplace.
DId you save them online? iDisk or something else?
I don't use such services because my data is mine and not theirs to snoop through, so if your looking for that sort of help I can't assist you any. -

To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings

If the iTunes Store has replied to your request and told you that they cannot refund your money, then yes, I'm afraid you're out of luck as regards this purchase. To prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPhone. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. I have an iPod Classic 5th Generation. I have not used it for about one month. When I turned it on, I had lost all my music and playlist files. The only thing left on the iPod was the music and audio books I have purchased from iTunes store. I tried to delete everything on the ipod by sliding the hold button and then pressing the center button and the menu and I saw the apple logo on the screen but the iPod wouldn't reboot. Any suggestions as to how I can delete everything on the iPod and then plug it into my computer to restore my music library? I am using a Windows 7 operating system.
Does both your Windows and Macbook iTunes have the same library of songs?
if it does then, much easier to proceed, else try to load the Macbook with the same library as Windows.
Note that only one of the Macbook USB port is good for iPod Classic, the other is too slow and may cause timeout, and I would suggest disconnect all other USB devices, while you Restore or Sync the iPod Classic.
Connect the iPod to the Mac, (if iTunes launch, please close it back.)
Use Disk Utility -> select the iPod Device->First Aid->Repair (use option FAT32)
After the Repair complete, eject the iPod.
Connect back to the Mac
When iTunes launch, Restore the iPod when Prompted, (use FAT32)
Sync your library.
