I lost my iPhone, and its Connected with my icloud acc but its turned off from the iphone , so I can find the iphone on the device list but its Offline all the time , my Que is if I put erase and the one who stole it tried to Reactivate it what will happen ?

If you removed the device from your iCloud account rather than using the "Stop Lost Mode" option, then you will most certainly need to restore the iPhone, and that will require a computer running iTunes.

I lost my iphone, and then I said to iclou to eraser the iphone whet it get internet, but after some days I managed to get it back. I tries to cancel the action, but i cant. Finally i did all with Itunes of a friend. I did the backup of my phone, i autorithez the computer, tranfer all the buys. Then i conect the iphone to the internet, get eraser. And then restore with the backup. And all done.
Nothing of phoneview or same similar programs. -

You can log into your iCloud account on another computer or device and enable photo stream to see your photos. You should do this as soon as possible because photo stream in the cloud only keeps photos for 30 days and each day you delay, you will lose another days photos.
Photos in the camera roll...
If you kept a back up of your device you can use it to restore to a replacement device, this will restore all of the photos in your camera roll and isn't time limited. -

you've lost you're phone, you can report it stolen but i doubt they will find the person, or if you had insurance use that. there is like a 1% chance you will find it. &like someone else said, the theif cant use it if it had a passcode lock or without your apple id and password

HELP ME,PLEASE!Go to icloud.com from your computer, sign in and click on Find My iPhone. Select the phone on the Devices list and see if it displays on the map. Then put it in lost mode as explained here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmfc0f0165.
If it doesn't appear on the map, but shows as being offline, change your iCloud password so no one can delete your iCloud data and take over your account: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2617. Lost mode will be implemented if and when it goes back online and you will be notified by email.

Unfortuantely, you can only track the phone if you had set up iCloud and enabled Find My iPhone on it before it was lost or stolen. I don't believe there is anything that Apple can do to locate your phone either.

A friendly reminder: In order to use Find My IPhone Successfully, you need to 1. Turn on Location Services, 2. Lock Location Services (Using Restrictions in Settings, General, Restrictions) so that if some one else finds your IPhone, they can NOT turn off Find My IPhone And/Or Location Services itself! 3. Add your Mobile Me and/Or ICloud Account to your IPhone. 4. Lock Accounts (Again in Restrictions) from being changed or Deleted so that your Mobile Me And/OR ICloud Account can NOT be Deleted! 5.
