I lost my iPhone. how can I kill it?

I lost my iPhone 4s at airport in oversea.
Unfortunately, I could not find that.
When I get back to US, I just bought one and recovered my contact and app etc on my new iPhone.
But, I don't want somebody use my old iPhone for them.
How can I kill it? As I heard that IPhone 4s has that kind of function that killed all the pictures & data deleted as first initial time.
Just let me know. I know my IMEI number and etc.

Well, Firstly, It Is Only Possible to find it using 'Find my iPhone' If location services are turned on on the device.
you can track it using a computer or any iDevice.
if you have a computer, login to www.icloud.com using yor iCloid credentials and click on Find My iPhone. You can track the device, provided location services are turned on and it is connected to the internet.
if you have any iDevice, login to the 'Find My iPhone' App[Download it from app store for free if it isnt there already] and do the same.

Unfortunatly there will be no easy way to locate your iPhone.
Maybe you could contact your phone provider and they may be able to help you locate it.
Try sending an SMS to it saying something like "If found please call..."

Use Find My iPhone. Log in to your iCloud account at the iCloud website (or from another iOS device that has the FmF app installed). Click on ERASE IPHONE.
A couple of observations:
1).Find my iPhone has to be eabled BEFORE the phone was lost.
2).Once you ERASE the data on the phone you will no laonger be able to track it.
3).If someone has found the phone the iPhone, erased it and set it up as a new iPhone, you will also be unable to track it and erase it.

If you had set up "find my iPhone", before it was lost, you might be able to trace it. But the fact that you ask the question pretty much proves you didn't. There is no other way.
Can you get a new phone? Of course. They are available at any Apple Store or most mobile companies. Take money. If you are asking if somebody is going to give you a free replacement, the answer is obviously no.
