yesterday I lost my iphone ,I do not know where but it might stolen too. I want to know what is the first step for finding it ? where I have to go in Milan . please help me , my iphone was my friend and I can tolerate without it.
Unless you had Find My iPhone enabled before you lost it, you'll probably never get it back.

If so you can locate, play a sound on, track, remotely lock, or erase your lost iOS device. You can use Find My iPhone at icloud.com/find on any Mac or Windows computer, or download and use the freeFind My iPhone app on an iOS device.

I'm waiting for my new iPhone 5s to be delivered. I lost my iPhone 5 but did have it backed up on my MacBook Pro. I was using iOS6 at the time. Will I have a problem restoring the data to my new iPhone 5s assuming it will come with iOS7?
No, you should not. There are problems trying to go the other way, but updating a newer iOS release from a backup of an older iOS release has always been supported and is the basic means of setting up a new device from a previous one.

But the app has nothing to do with enabling tracking on the lost device. To enable tracking of a device you do need a mobileme account in order to turn on the tracking feature so you can then find the lost device with either a computer and web browser or the app (running on another device).

I assume you must normally check on the phone and that is why you don't see it often. If you checked a POP account on your phone and hten tried to check the POP email account on your computer you would find that amy POP emails you accessed on your phone would not appear on the computer and that is because you have already downloaded them on the phone and they are no longer on the server so when your computer checks for mail the server responds to the computer and says there are no recent messages. The reverse of this would occur ifyou found new mail on your computer from the POP account. That new mail would not be found on the phone mail app -

This happens with you are both syncing data such as contacts on your devices with the same iCloud account. This will result in the data being merged and synced back to all connected devices. To correct this you need to have different iCloud accounts on each device.
To do this, on the device that will be changing iCloud accounts go to Settings>iCloud and turn all data that is syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on the iPhone. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from the phone, not from iCloud, so the other phone won't be effected by this.) Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different ID, then turn data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On. When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to your new account. At this point you will have two separate iCloud accounts on each phone with identical data.
Next, you'll have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and delete the unwanted data (for example, deleting her contacts from your iCloud account and vice versa). These changes will be reflected on each device and things should now be fixed. -

If you activated the find my iPhone service before you lost it, you may be able to locate it by logging into http://www.icloud.com.
