I lost my ipod, and it had died. I found it and now it wont charge. how do i fix it?

so my ipod died, and i didnt have a charger for it. and then i lost it. but i just refound itt, and tried plugging it in to charge and it wont.
Its brand new, no scratches or anything, and it wont charge.
i have a brand new cable and everything but it wont work.

Could be the charger, cable or iPad. Plug the USB cable into your computer. It may say "Not Charging", however, it is charging slowly and will verify that the cable is good.
Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W (5W on Mini) USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When I plug my iPhone into my iPad charger, it oftentimes won't "recognize" the charger until I unplug it, and then slowly insert the connector to my phone. That would be all I could suggest. How long have you had your iPhone 5? If it is under a year old, then you can take the phone and the charger to your nearest Apple Store and show them the issue. If the charger is faulty, they will replace it for you.

My twitter app worked perfectly fine before the update and now it wont work, how can i fix this?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have also deleted my account several times and re-signed in. It is still not working. When i go to the app store, the "open" tab has a little plus at the top...what does that mean? Seriously, i just need help getting the app to work.

Not if you first do a sync and have iTunes make a backup. However, if your only copy of the iTunes data is in the Touch, then you need to first copy the data to a new iTunes Library using third-party software such as Phone To Mac.

I'm not sure what your question is. If it's about your iTunes downloads/library then copy them back from your backup of your library and add it into your iTunes library via File > Add To Library.
Or you might be able to redownload some/all of your past purchases via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage - if you've changed countries since buying them, or if the rights-holder has removed them from the store, then you won't be able to redownload them.
If you have non-iTunes purchased music on your phone and don't have a copy of it on your backup then there are some programs listed halfway down this page which should be able to copy them back : Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.

I don't use iTunes's "fetch artwork", so I'm not 100% sure, but unless you are signed in to your iTunes account, artwork is not automatic. Even then, iTunes doesn't always find it.
You can copy-and-paste artwork from the inernet, either Amazon or Google. I use 300x300 pixel images.
For the future, if you have iTunes questions, you might be better off posting them in the iTunes for Mac forum, this is iTunes for Windows. In this situation, it doesn't make any difference, but next time maybe it will.

Deleting the "TcpWindowSize" or "GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize" entries in Windows Registry could affect the system's performance with other apps or on their network connections. There are two ways to resolve this:
You can follow this article by Microsoft: How to reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) , or follow the steps below to manually find and remove TcpWindowSize and MaxGlobalTcpWindowSize entries from the Registry.
For Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7: Go to the C:\\Windows folder and launch regedit.
Go to Edit > Find.

Delete the "TcpWindowSize" entry.
Search for the next "TcpWindowSize" entry and delete each one until the Registry no longer has any "TcpWindowSize" entries.
Close Regedit, restart the PC, and test.
If you are uncertain as to why these registry entries exist and the PC is a business computer, contact your network administrator and determine what values TCP/IP can be set in their Windows Registry setting so that the PC can update or restore an iOS device rather than deleting the "TcpWindowSize" entry.
If editing the registry does not resolve the issue, restoring on a different computer that did not install the communication software is the step most likely to resolve this issue.

For a 1G and 2G it can take hours. Make sure it is connected to a charging source otherwise the battery can fully drain before it is done. If still problem
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
