I lost my latest photos when I mirrored my new iPhone 5 with my previous iPhone 4, and I don't know how to access the Cloud to check if they're still there. Can someone help me how to access the Cloud to check my content?

If you backed up your iPhone 5 before you did this, photo in the camera roll would be included in the backup. You would have to restore the entire backup to recover them. Also, you can see what's in the backup ahead of time. You can only find out what photos are there by restoring the backup.

Why don't you talk to apple and find out if backup exists? That conversation with apple will stop your guessing.

Did you create a NEW Apple ID or did you change the email address for your OLD Apple ID? This will affect how you update apps in the future.
Anyway, go to Settings/iTunes&App Stores, log out, then log in with the new ID.

You need to provide more details about what happened. But, here is something you can check.
When you run Photo and it converts your library, it doesn't delete the iPhoto library. Look in your Pictures folder - you should see two libraries:
iPhoto Library.migratedphotolibrary (this is the original iPhoto library)
Photos Library.photoslibrary (this is the new Photos library)
You should still be able to open the original iPhoto library. The iPhoto application was not deleted from your computer. (It was probably removed from your Dock if you had an icon there.) Look in the Applications folder, find iPhoto, and run it. It should show your original library with all your original images.
It is always a good idea to back up your photos (and the iPhoto library) before trying these migrations. Problems do occur...

you can use a photo many time is the same book - simply drag it from the photo strip to the photo frame you want it in - even though you have used it before you can still use it again
And adding photos is easy - go to the photo (in an album, event or photo view) and drag the photo(s) to the book under keepsakes - it will now be available to use

Its a easy fix,it will take too much time to type out all of the steps,
Check your email account. see if they are their, You can then import them on your DAV card, The best thing to is add them to icoud then they will be safe.
Apple support can talk you through it.

You should have imported the photos from the Camera Roll with your computer before you selected to transfer the backup for your previous iPhone to your new iPhone.
The photos that were in the Camera Roll on your new iPhone are gone and not recoverable. Not possible to restore the photos since you chose not to import the photos first along with selecting to transfer the backup for your previous iPhone to your new iPhone which replaced the contents in the Camera Roll with the contents that were in the Camera Roll with your previous iPhone.
For future reference, always import these photos with your computer ASAP as with any other digital camera.

Did you switch the TV's input to the HDMI port you are using with the computer? Did you open Displays preferences to see if a second screen is displayed and then check the box to mirror to the TV screen? Did you search Google for any help links on how to do what you are trying to do?
