I used to have a nokia n8, which was stolen from me some time ago, I am planning to buy a new one, but I had so many apps that I bought on the phone, if I get a new one and sign in with my normal account, can I download them all back for free?
Did you have the Find my Mac option enabled on the iPhone before you lost it? If so you can log into your iCloud account online,
go to the Find My iPhone sectins and look for it:

Have you ever jailbroken your iPhone with tether? Because if you have the jailbreak keeps a file on your phone making it so you can't update. To solve this problem your going to have to reset your phone.

2. Select "Add a local printer" and click "Next" button
