I lost my phone. Is there any way I can get my pictures?

Someone stole my phone which had all my pictures. I was wondering if there was anyway I could retrieve my pictures or if they are gone forever?

If you had 1) iCloud turned on and backed up, or 2) recent backup from iTunes... then it is possible.
Go to www.iCloud.com & try to log in with your Apple ID.  You'll find out quick enough if your data is there.  As for Pics, iCloud photostream only keeps 30 days worth of pictures. You'll need iCloud control Panel (for PC or Mac) to sync the photostream pictures to your computer.
That said, if you had your camera roll backed up in iCloud, you will be able to restore a new iPhone with your previous iPhone's iCloud backup. (or if you were still syncing all this stuff with iTunes you can restore from that as well).
Good luck.
