I lost my photos which I uploaded to iPhoto.  Any way to find back all photos?

I lost my photos which I uploaded to iPhoto. iPhoto was reset for everything and it's look like alle photos which I uploaded was gone.
Any way to find back all my photos?

Is there an iPhoto Library in your Pictures Folder?
Do you have a back up?
