You purchased a "hacked" iPhone(hacked to unlock it) from a non-official source for iPhones. Unfortunately, that's the risk you take when you purchase from a non-official source. There is no way to get your phone officially unlocked, & all warranty & support has been voided. Sorry, but you don't have any good choices here. Your best bet is to go back to Carrefour Supermarket & get your money back, then purchase an iPhone from an official source. If they won't give you your money back, have them "fix" your phone...they will have to "hack" it again. Good luck.

My hard drive crashed and everything on my laptop was lost... is there anyway to transfer the music that I had put onto my phone into the itunes on my computer ?
I have a similar issue. My hard drive crashed, so I had a new one installed and I'm basically starting from scratch on my computer. My iPhone has a lot of my stuff on it (photos and music in particular). When I plugged into iTunes I did a "back up" of my phone to the computer....this transferred the photos in my camera roll, and music purchased through iTunes.
So....I still have a ton of photos (saved in folders, not my camera roll), and music (older stuff not purchased through iTunes) that I want to get to my computer. I am scared to "sync" my phone in iTunes for the first time.....if I do this, will it make my phone match my computer (effectively erasing the stuff on the phone?). What I want is for my computer to match my phone (thus transferring the additional photos and music). Is the third party software the only way?? Does it really work well/is it worth the money? Thanks very much for the help. -

Log into Android Device Manager from another android or through your Google Account. Google "Android Device Manager" and the first page will pop up. You can locate it that way. That's provided ADM is enabled on your phone.

Without a backup on iCloud, there needs to be another device using the same @icloud address that is syncing to the notes. Without that, there is no way to go back in time to create a backup before performing a major update.

Losing a receipt for such an expensive item can be discouraging, especially if it is in need of repair! I'm sure with the right information, I'll be able to locate the receipt.
To narrow down the receipt we're looking for, could you verify whether you purchased the Canon EOS 7D Mark II with a lens, or just the camera body? Also, if you know the approximate transaction total, that would also be quite helpful in our search for your receipt.

The only way to locate any lost/stolen iPhone is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords.
