I lost one of my dvd from cs5 design standard dutch.

Can i download it somewhere?
On the site i can only find the english version.
I do have my productkey and the rest of the dvd set.

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies. 
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com). 
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

  • Why can't I upgrade from CS5 Design Standard to CS6 Design Standard?

    Hi. I recently purchased an upgrade for the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard from the CS5 version I previously owned. I've downloaded it and now when I try to install it, it's saying I don't have a qualifying product installed already to do it, and it's only giving me CS5.5 or CS6 as options for qualifying products. Can someone from adobe assist me on here? It is nearly impossible to get a hold of the phone support, especially in Canada. And I would need to figure this out in the next 2 weeks so that I could get my full refund if needed.

  • Multiple problems installing upgrade from CS5 Design Prem. to CS6 Design Prem.

    I had started a thread a few days ago regarding problems that I was having while installing my upgrade from CS5 Design Premium to CS6 Design Premium.  Everything seemed to install fine with the exception of Acrobat X Pro.  http://forums.adobe.com/message/4716847#4716847
    I thought that I had resolved the issue through tech support, but apparently not.  First of all, they had me install the trial version of Acrobat X which actually let me install with no errors. A couple of days passed and Acrobat asked if I would like to continue my trial or enter a serial number. I tried to use my serial that came with my upgrade but it rejected it, so I opted to continue the trial.  Then earlier today as I was working in InDesign, upon launching I got a script error message.

    Cannot open resource file.
    After clicking OK it seemed to open InDesign fine and I was able to open files and go about working. While working I noticed that I had no effects in the dropdown menu under 'Object'. Tried the shortcut for them and nothing happened.  I have yet to try to open any files containing effects (drop shadow or something) but am guessing that they will not work. My next course of action was to try to Uninstall and Re-Install. I removed CS6 and Acrobat X Pro from my computer and ran the Creative Suite Cleaner program. Then instead of installing the upgrade from the DVD, I decided to download the program from the Adobe LWS and give that a go thinking that maybe the download files are more up-to-date than the DVD that I recieved.  Now it seems I am back to square one with the same problems (InDesign missing 'Effects' and who knows what else, and Acrobat X Pro failed to install), but this time I have diffent errors on the "error summary file" that shows up as a link in the "Installation Complete" dialog box. Sorry for being windy, but I really need to get this resolved. Thanks for any and all input.  PC is Dell Precision T3500 running Windows 7 and is current on it's updates.

  • CS5 Design Standard. Will not activate on new HDD following transfer from old HDD. Shows Error 213.10 Have serial number/s etc.

    I recently encountered a problem with a HDD drive. So I had to replace it with a new one. Fortunately I managed to recover the data and applications on the original drive.
    However when I transferred and installed the Adobe CS5 Design Standard suite on the new HDD it will not open any of the Adobe applications.
    It prompts an error 213.10 each time. I can't see where to deactivate or reactivate.. please advise suggested course of action.
    Also, will I be able to successfully access my previous files after the reinstallation/activation?

    Reinstall properly. Activation cannot work because in the technical sense it simply isn't there. You screwed it. Run teh cleaner tool if necessary and contact support to reset activations.

  • Switched from Adobe Design Standard (CS5)to Adobe CS6/ intro rate $29.99 -EXP. ISSUES. .

    I recently called Adobe to switch over from Adobe Design Standard Subscription (CS5) to the CS6 Adobe Cloud subscription for the intro rate of $29.99.
    Ever since then I've been getting prompts such as:
    Unable to validate your Adobe Muse subscription: We haven't been able to validate your Adobe Muse subscription for some time. Please connect to the Internet in order to continue using Adobe Muse.
    I have had consistent daily access to the internet so I do not understand why this window/prompt continues to appear when I open MUSE. Well it used to. Now I'm unable to use Muse.
    I recieved an e-mail saying my Adobe subscription has been downgraded and I'm also wondering what that means? Is it for my CS6 cloud subscription or for my older CS5.5 subscription which also appears on my account details page as Adobe Cloud 1 - year Subscription.

    I also have had the exact same expereince, down to every detail you mentioned including the email execpt that I switched from the full price cloud subscritption (which I pre-signed up for)  to the discounted price which I was informed I was approved for after the first payment was already taken..
    So far photoshop and Illustrator seem to be fine. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Muse from the Application manager. Help!

    I just recently bought a students license for CS5 Design Standard.
    I am trying to download the file as per the instructions on the mail sent but as soon as it reaches 2 GB dissapears from the download and it cannot be launched.

    Log in to your Adobe account to download your software.
    Go to Adobe.com.
    Click Sign In (in the upper right corner).
    Enter your Adobe ID and password, and then click Sign In. 
    Click My Orders and then Order History.
    Locate the order number, and click the Download link in the Downloads column.
    Start the download by doing one of the following:
    Click Download and follow the onscreen instructions.
    Click Akamai Download Manager and follow the onscreen instructions.
    Click Alternate Download Method, and then click the .7z and .exe files (Windows) or the .dmg file (Mac OS) to download the software to your computer.

    I still have a problem by entering my serial numbers. When I check the mail with the  the serial numbers that I’ve received in 2011 from Adobe (for CS5 Design Standard en Adobe Professional) it is mentioned that the language is DUTCH.
    Could that be the problem why I get a message “serial number incorrect” ? I think the software I downloaded is an English version.

    Did you purchase a download from Adobe directly?  If so the following steps will allow you to download your software again:
    Go to the Adobe Store for your country and sign in with your Adobe ID and password. 
    Click My Orders and then My Order History.

    It is not clear to me what your issue is with not being able to sign in to your Adobe account to find the serial number.  You should still be able to sign in and find your serial number if you registered the software.
    If your first PC is a Windows machine you might be able to extract the serial number from it using the Belarc Advisor

    I need to reinstall CS5 Design Standard on a  new computer. I have uninstalled it on old computer, but now realize I am missing a disk.     My wife is going to school and needs to buy CS5 Design Standard for a graphics class she is taking.  Her old computer just broke and we need to buy a new one today or NLT tomorrow but we can't spend too much.  Can a bargain laptop run this software suite ok (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat) or do we need to spend a lot on a laptop with big performance?  A couple of computers in the $500 range we are looking at have Intel 2.13 ghz duo core, Core i3 processor , 4GB RAM with Intel Graphics Medial Accelerator with 128mb of Video RAM. Would that be enough?

    That would work just fine. I run it with less than that on a laptop at home now and then.
