I lost secret answer

If you mean the answers to your security questions, then from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5665 :
If you have three security questions and a rescue email address, sign in to My Apple ID and select the “Password and Security” tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID password, sign in to My Apple ID and select the “Password and Security” tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID password, contact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.
If you can’t reset them via the above instructions (you won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in the country where you and your iTunes account are to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

Hello, I lost secret answer to this account I can not get it back, knowing that I lost e-mail alternative, Can you offer me help?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I've lost the answers for my secret questions! How can I recover them?

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address then see if the instructions on this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551

I forgot my secret answer questions and when I am trying to buy an app it ask me the answers

You can contact the Account Security team by following these steps:
    Please navigate to:
    https://expresslane.apple.com/
    Choose:
    iTunes > iTunes Store
    Then for Topic choose
Account Management > Lost or Forgotten Apple ID password (any concerns regarding security questions also fall under this category)
    Choose Continue
You will be given the options to Talk to Apple Support Now or Call Apple Support Later, please choose the option that works best for you. If the hold time is long, you might only have the option to talk with them later.
If outside the US or Canada, and your country has Apple Phone Support, you must call and ask for The Account Security Team. They will then ask some security questions. • Apple ID not updated in "Secret answers recovery" address

    Hi all,
I have recently changed my ID Apple since I do not use the old password any longer.
However, although I have changed it, in the section to Password and Security, there is a link thay says "Forget you secret answers? Send email to [email protected]" which is my OLD email address (not corresponding any longer to the Apple ID). WTH?!?!?!? How can I change that? Furthermore, how to change the default address for shipping?
    Thanks!
    /Ubaldo

What should I do if I don't remember the answers to my Apple ID security questions?
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email address
         - sign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID password

If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID password
         - contact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.
If you do not see the option for resetting your questions with a rescue email address, see this excerpt:
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.
