The screen you're seeing on your iPhone indicates it is in recovery mode. Now since the device is not appearing in iTunes on your PC, first follow the steps in this article:

After following those steps, you should be able to restore your iPhone.

After I hv upgraded os 6 on my iPhone 4, iPhone hung up at least one per day. After u press "End" 2 times at fast speed ( i used to do this in the old os without problem) or when u slide to unlock - the screen suddenly enlarge . I need to reset the phone whenever this happen. Pls help
I Have fumbled all day to this resolved, I'll run the battery down and see what happens afterwards. This is not good !

If a second-hand iOS device has been 'Activation locked' then only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515
If you are unable to contact him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you.
You should if possible return it to wherever you bought it and ask for a refund as in this event the device is completely useless. -
Everytime i purchase from the apps store it always show the security questions and i cant buy the apps i want because the questions are not answerable. Pls help....
I think you need to reset those questions. You'll need to call the tech support for your country, ask to be connected to the Account Security Team and then ask if they can reset the questions for you.

- Try connecting to other networks to really help determine if it is a problem with your network.
- powering off and then back on your router
- Reconfigure your router to use not security as a test -
Well, i lost my iPod at school i dont know if it was stolen, it fell out of my pocket or what but either way it is gone. I have the find my ipod app, and contacted the local police, but i just want it back. I have turned the WIFI off because it runs down my battery and i dont get service at school. Can anyone please give me some advice as to what i should do? Retracing my steps, looking at home, backpack, car, room, clothes have all been looked through. Someone please help! It was a gift from my dad. Its really important to me!
There is nothng special you can do without wifi being on.
Report it to the school and change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod. Apple will not help with anything. -

If you carefully follow all of the instructions in this tip and none of them restore WiFi then your radio chip has failed and you need to get the phone replaced by Apple. -
iPhone 4s Wifi problem, After using the device of 7 month. wifi is not working. BEFORE WAS WORKING FINE and now wifi is not able to identify. I tried all the possibilities to fix the wifi, such as resetting network, restart the phone, restore from iTune and setup as new phone, but the problem remain same. turning on the wifi can't recognise any network. any other idiea to fix the wifi of iPhone. Did you ever find a resolutution to your issue? I have a similar issue after installing Mavericks where the Arris modem goes to sleep when my iMac does, even though other devices on the network are actively requesting data. For the time being, as long as the iMac doesn't sleep the network is fine.
