I'm a paying member, but CC now shows as "Free" Membership. Can't install new App.

Hello, I've been a CC customer for about a year.
I have an automatic payment going every month and it went exactly on the day, every month. But a few weeks ago, my CC App started to show the button "Try" instead of "Install".
I can use and update the previously installed applications, but not new ones. I need to re-install my system -in the hope that it fixes the many other technical problems I have with CC- and I'd like to have my membership fixed before I do so.
I have been trying to chat with a technician but I've been on a queue for over an hour, I was hoping someone could help me here

Solved, it turned out the CC app automatically signed me with an old account (probably some saved preference) and got totally confused, blocking some apps, letting the others work
