I'm creating a marketplace for developers. How can I verify if someone is a registered apple developer?

I'm creating a marketplace for ibeacon networks.
I need to be able to verify if people are registered apple developers before they can subscribe to a network on the marketplace.
I know I could post an id to the developer forum and have them login and verify the id number (because only apple developers have access to the forums) But this seems a bit roundabout and not super secure.

Not possible without either getting into Apple's DB of Developers or getting the Apple ID and password of the user to try test if they are a developer and that ain't gonna fly
As for posting anything like this to any Apple forum I can almost guarantee that that post would be removed in seconds and an email suggesting that you do not do that again appearing in your inbox soon afterward.
To be honest this whole situation sounds a bit shady.
A bit off topic (ok a lot off topic):
So what happened HyperNova Software, is a new secret identity required when you make the leap into the upper echelons of ASC? Will I be required to gain a new identity then also? I better start thinking of one now.
BTW how is it? Is the lounge all it's cracked up to be? Enquiring minds want to know

How did you do it?
Here's what should work:
To move an iPhoto Library to a new machine:
Link the two Macs together: there are several ways to do this: Wireless Network,Firewire Target Disk Mode, Ethernet, or even just copy the Library to an external HD and then on to the new machine...
But however you do choose to link the two machines...
Simply copy the iPhoto Library from the Pictures Folder on the old Machine to the Pictures Folder on the new Machine.
Then launch iPhoto. That's it.
This moves photos, events, albums, books, keywords, slideshows and everything else.

Hi ...
Just be cause the account was disabled (Apple ID) doesn't mean you can't reset the password and have access to your iTunes purchases.
Use the iforgot link to reset your password > Apple ID: "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears

Hi, if this is in regards to your library simply open up itunes and do the following steps:
Click File
Scroll down to "show duplicates"
A list will then appear of your duplicate song titles.
Be sure to CAREFULLY review each song to make sure it is a duplicate ( as I have some music that is the same song but live, acoustic etc...)
Proceed to manually delete each song from the list and leave alone any song that you wish to keep.
For playlists, you will need to hit the name tab so that your doubles line up, from there you will have to manually delete them, it helps to hold the Control button to select multiple songs as a time ( they will be highlighted) then when your done selecting the songs you wish to delete, right click your mouse and select the delete option from the window tab.

This may sound stupid, but I'm gonna throw it out there anyway. Is it possible, that if I have enough junk on my desktop it might disrupt the signal? It seems odd, but it kind of looks like my signal is strong and relatively steady now that I've cleaned my desktop. I do tend to get very cluttered. I use a lot of reference images and save text clippings to use later... it just piles up very quickly.
So, I wonder if all that extra effort my system has to do keeping up with the junk might have something to do with the drop outs?

YES, that is the free 5GB icloud memory for each apple ID. Can I not add the free 5Gb of my second Iphone to my original apple ID (5GB also) as I want to use one Apple ID name on both 2 Iphones? As long as you have a form of payment (credit or debit card) with a USA source, and with a billing address in the USA, then you just need to change your payment information on your account to that, change your country in the store settings, and you will then be able to shop in the USA store.
Your AppleID will work in any country's store, as long as your payment source and billing addres are also specific to that country (and you are in that country as well, as there may be IP filters in place to stop use outside of the country).

You have not specified which version of Premiere Pro was given to you. If you don't have the disc (which i suppose you don't have) you will have to download it online.
As far as your registration is concerned, for Premiere Pro CS6 or earlier you will have to reach Adobe chat support for further help: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
For Premiere Pro CC and later, you will not have much problems reactivating it.

That's the classic behaviour after using Migration Assistant and that's normal.
