I'm devastated- cann't turn it off! please help!
i've had this video iPod for about 5 days, and it's giving me problems. worked just fine for the 4 days, and today i tried to turn it off...no such luck. I guess i'm waiting for the battery to run out so it will shut off. Please advise - should i return it, or is there a trick to it. PLEASE help, i'm so upset!!

i ended up using the ipod "updater" - available on this site here:

it can't hurt,and it's not a bad idea anyway, depending on which version of the software is currently on your ipod...
make sure you choose "update" and not "restore"...the latter will wipe your ipod clean (which isn't too bad, as long as your itunes stuff is up to date)

You can't reset the iPod with the Home and Power buttons. All y can do is restore the iPod.
Place the iPod in recovery mode using one of these programs if necessary to allow the restore.:

If necessary:
Download QTMLClient.dll & iTunesMobileDevice.dll for RecBoot

You'll have to keep trying to remember it. Otherwise you have to save as much of your data as you can and restore the phone as a new iPhone (without your backup) and start over.

We have 2 iphone 5s sharing the same apple ID. When browsing Safari on one phone it automatically sends a link to that page to the other phone. How do we turn this off please?

It sounds that you are running the same iCloud account with two phones. I recommend you to create a different iCloud account and you should be all set.

Hi When you change your iPad, even if its off it will, turn on when you connect, to charger Check lightining port for any bits. Do a Reboot press &hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see Apple Logo This may help. Cheers Brian

The only way to locate any lost/stolen iPhone is through Find My Phone or a similar app. However, this requires that Find My Phone be setup/activated, on your phone, before it was lost/stolen. You would then login at iCloud.com & try to locate it. This requires the phone be turned on & have an Internet connection. There is no other way to locate a lost/stolen iPhone. Apple can't/won't help you, nor will your carrier. Report the loss to the Police, your carrier & Insurance company. Change all of your passwords.

Found this solution in another thread, what you want to do is go into the Nike Fitness thing, go to run, go to Spoken Feedback and set it to off. This should fix your problems.

I use iPhone 4S .earlier with ios 6 and now ios 6.while I connect the charger for charging my phone network lost while midway in charging.that problem always while 3G connection is active.but this problem not arise while 3G mode off.please help me.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.
