(I'm French) Problem with my musics in my itunes library

J'ai téléchargé des musiques que par la suite j'ai effacé de mon ipod touch 4eme Génération. Chaque fois que j'ai essayé de les supprimer de ma bibliothèque itunes, elles sont revenues, pourtant elles sont grisées, et devraient donc disparaître. Elles n'existent plus dans mon ipod, et je ne sais pas comment m'en débarasser. Des idées ou des réponses?
Sorry for my english: I downloaded several musics that I deleted of my ipod touch 4.generation after. But, everytime I tried to delete it of my Itunes library, they are returned. Nevertheless, they are in gray in my library, so, they should disappear. They no longer exist in my ipod, and i don't know how to get rid me of this. Ideas? or answers?

How can I replace all music on my iPod with the music in my iTunes Library?

My iPod Touch (5th Generation) contains all the music that I purchased on iTunes with my previous iPod. I managed to transfer all music, including those from CDs, from my old iPod onto iTunes (newest version), so I figured that I would sync my iPod to retrieve them. However, every time I sync my iPod with my music library, I get duplicates of the purchases that my iPod contains, but not of those from CDs. When I go onto the "Music" section in my iPod, no items are shown. I have all the music that I want sorted out in my iTunes Library, so I want to replace only the music on my iPod with the music in the Library. How do I do this, or at least delete the music on my iPod (but not iTunes) so I can sync the entire music library later?

Correction: The music on my iPod doesn't show up in the "Music" section in "iPod" in iTunes.

Permission problems with my Drobo 5N and iTunes library

Hi I have my iTunes library located on my Drobo 5N. My problem is when I try to access it from my other Macs I get an error saying it is on a locked disk. I attempted to check permissions from finder nod the Drobo iTunes folder and it indicates owner unknown and no access for everyone else. There is no little lock at the bottom where I can go in and try to fix it.
Does anyone have any advice?

Ok, I have encountered this problem also.   Not only with iTunes librabry, but also with my iPhotos library.   I'm not certain what the cause is, yet here is how I have been able to resolve my problem:
1.     Shutdown/quit all applications from all machines (including any mobile device) on the network that access files the drobo 5N.
2.     Properly power down the drobo 5N as instructed by drobo instructions.
3.     Property power down the router and then restart it again after a few seconds of waiting.
4.     Once the router is fully up and running, check your wifi network connection to your PC or Mac first.
5.     Then power up your drobo 5N.
6.     Once the drobo 5N is fully powered up, try accessing your iTunes library file again from one machine.
Please note: I recommend that you do not attempt to access the iTunes library file residing on the drobo from multiple machines at the same time. I believe that you would need an "iTunes Server" for this capability to be available. The drobo 5N does not offer an "iTunes Server" app at this time.
Let me know how it goes.

Problems with adding music folder to itunes

I have a music folder I want to add. The files are WMA so they should work. I checked the permissions of the files and the folders and they are fine. I changed the open with to open with itunes. I tried adding by choosing file - add to library, nothing happens.
I also tried by drag and drop, again nothing.
I cant seem to figure this out, what is preventing them from adding?

iTunes for Mac does not handle WMA. You need to either convert those in iTunes for PC or get something like EasyWMA.

Problem with downloading media to a iTunes Library on an External Hard Drive

I am having difficulties playing back films and TV shows which have been downloaded from the iTunes store to a iomega HD which is connected to an airport extreme.
During the download, everything looks right and I can even watch it from the iMac (while downloading), from which I purchased the media. But then, once download is complete, I only see the name and generic file symbol for that particular media and I cannot play the media on the iMac or AppleTV and the cover image has disappeared. The error message states that the wrong Quick Time is being used. This does not happen when the external HD is directly connected to the iMac. It seems to me that nothing changes when the external HD is cpnnected to the Mac or Aiport. iTunes library is set to libaray and the copy, organize and sharing functions look to all be properly set. And, shows that were downloaded while the exHD was physically connected to the Mac are still able to be played when the exHD is connecteted only to the AirPort.
I would appreciate some help, if possible. Thanks in advance

Yoga Tablet 10" - update to Android 4.4 and further problems with Google Music

Hi everyone.
I've just upadated my Yoga Tablet 10" to Android 4.4. Whole process went smoothly but afterwards I'm experiencing some problems with Google Music. Playback is "skippy" or "choppy", even if whole song is downloaded. Every 15-25 seconds there small pause, which is quite annoying.
Local music files (uploaded through usb) seem to work just fine.
I've even tried resetting whole device to factory settings but without any success.
I also have an impression that youtube playback is not so smooth as it used to be in Android 4.2...
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any hints or sollutions?

WMA files are 'window media audio' files, which is a Microsoft format. If you want to add them to your iTunes library on your Mac then you will need to convert them into a compatible format first. If you still have your windows machine then iTunes for Windows can convert them from WMA to MP3 format : https://discussions.apple.com/message/24158701#24158701
Or try a search for, for example, 'convert wma to mp3' to find programs to convert them.

I am still having problems with my music videos freezing (all purchased from iTunes) since the update. Have restarted, rebooted etc. and it is worse than before. Help! Spent a lot of money on these and they won't play properly.

As for question #2, you call tell how iTunes is sorting songs by the up or down arrow next to a header name.
Even the original order that the songs were entered or date added or last played can be sorted.
Much easier with a mouse or touch pad.

Due to this reason, I've restored my Iphone a couple of times and reinstalled itunes but same problem occurs whenever I try to transfer music.
It appears music are successfully transfered since I could play the music on my Iphone but I wanna fix the problem since it's pretty annoying.

Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes (8.2.1?). If so, I'd reinstall iTunes, if the phone is otherwise working fine.

Having problems with my music player on my iPad with the new io7

Downloaded the new io7 on my iPad mini. Now I have problems with the music player not letting me download songs onto my iPad, then closing out the app. Then on iTunes it shows up in the downloads tab and comes up as an error and still won't download. At this point I'd rather have the old io6. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

I own an iPhone 4s come across a problem with syncing music to my phone.

I own an iPhone 4s and I have recently come across a problem with syncing music to my phone. Whenever I try to sync it, nine or ten songs get synced then the sync cancels. It only syncs the first song on each album but not for all of them, some of the albums don't sync at all. I have been dealing with this problem for a while. I have updated iTunes to the newest update and iOS 7 to the newest update.

Well, the fact is, you have a carrier locked iPhone...locked to Verizon, to be specific. The only way that phone will work is if it is first activated on Verizon's network. Once you do that, you can then request that Verizon unlock the sim slot. However, once Verizon unlocks the sim slot, I doubt you'll be able to get the phone to work with any GSM carrier in the US. The unlocking of the sim slot is done for International travel outside of the US.
If you want to use Straight Talk, your best bet is to sell this phone & use the proceeds to purchase an officially unlocked iPhone 4S directly from Apple.

Problem with putting music onto my iPod

Recently I,ve been having problems with putting music on my iPod. Anytime I click to sync my iPod so I can put new songs onto it the songs never show up. Plus all the playlists in the playlist section on my iPod are all repeated over and over again(theres more than one). Theres no problem with my USB ports as I,ve tested them with other MP3 players and theres also nothing wrong with my cable as it shows up on my PC as connected. I,ve also resetted it! I just don't understand whats wrong with it I also have it fully charged when I'm trying to put the songs onto it.
Can anyone help please?!!!
