I'm frequently asked to sign in again
I'm running Windows 8 and only have a few CC applications installed, I use mainly Photoshop and it asks me to sign in again every couple of days, also I have to accept the license again.
I use Photoshop while debugging with Flash Builder or alone, in both cases it prompts to sign in. I have noticed that also after installing another application it asks me to sign, but it does while running Photoshop and not the new app.
Any help would be appreciated.

No, I'm not using system optimizers, just Windows 8 and AVG as antivirus.
Yesterday, for sample, I opened the Adobe Creative Cloud tool and it asked for signing, then I installed Extendscript Toolkit and started Photoshop, it asked again to sign and to approve the license for Photoshop which was already installed and used.
This morning I opened Create Cloud tool and it opened fine without asking.
I'm always using the same user in this system.
If it happens again I will take note of the exact steps and let you know.

One thing that worked for me:
launched Message app which uses the same backend as Facetime. If it launches, click on the video. May display a Error Dialog. Call AppleCare and give them the number displayed. This will give them the needed info to check your AppleID account for the messaging servers
For some reason FaceTime did not display this error, yet once I gave the Support person the number it was fixed in just a minute.

Jump Query asking for Sign on again in Portal
Hi All,
I have a jump query (target is a URL not a web template) and when we click on goto/xyz_report the system is asking login again. On other reports when the target is a web template the system follows the SSO (we have SSO on the portal and once you are in the portal you will not be asked for login again).
Any idea if the problem is because the target is an url or any other settings i have to watch for...

Continuously asked to sign in to new york times
I'm repeatedly asked to re-signin to the NYT site (I'm a subscriber). Sometimes I sign-in and click a link and I'm asked to sign-in again or register. It happens constantly, but the time intervals between the issue varies.
MacBook/Safari 5.1.10/OS X 10.6.8From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Details
Type New York Times in the search field top right side of that window. You should see the NYT cookies.
Click: Remove or Remove All
Now in Safari > Preferences select the AutoFill tab. Make sure: User names and passwords is selected.
Quit and relaunch Safari. Navigate to the NYT website and login then logout then revisit the website to test. -
Hi, I cant login to the facebook app on my iphone 5 ios 6.0.2. I keep getting an error message saying 'There was an error logging in using single sign on' when im asked to log in again i get a 'session expired' message. This only started happening yesterday. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks.
I am having the same problem and took the following steps to mitigate it to no avail.
1. I deleted the Facebook app on the phone and turned off Facebook in the iPhone's system-wide settings.
2. I re-enabled Facebook in the iPhone's system-wide settings and reinstalled the Facebook app and logged in again. It worked. For about an hour.
3. I completely restored the phone to a previous backup (before the problems started) and reenabled Facebook .... reinstalled the app.... and now it works intermittenly. But it hasn't worked in about 12 hours now (just tried a few minutes ago).

iPad- on all Yahoo pages the mail icon with the red number indication shows email. When I tap, it asks me to sign in again. I do. It takes me to yahoo mail but there is nothing. All the folders are emptied. All my mail is either read, trash, or deleted. Also, when I tap on the mail app on iPad home page, gmail is no problem but for yahoo I get error: no password for yahoo. Go to Mail Account Settings and enter password. I'm stuck. Suggestions? Thank you.

Go to your Gmail account in the browser.
Hit the folder icon that brings up the folder selection.
Scroll down to the bottom and select desktop version.
The broswer will refresh and bring up your gmail account as though you were looking on it on the computer.
The go to the upper right corner and select settings.
Then go to forwarding and pop/imap
Go look at pop download
There you'll find 3 numbered lines
Go to 1. Status
And select enable pop for all mail
Then save the settings
Once you have done that you can go back to BlackBerry device settings and sync your mail or wait for it to sync it's self.

I use an iPod4 Touch and am using IOS 6.1.6. Frequently I will be asked to sign in to my Apple account, but it is using an email I don't use with Apple. How can I get this to stop? This is happening repeatedly throughout the day. I don't have an Apple password for this email address, nor do I want one!
Maybe an App that needs updating was purchased by that account?
Could someone have installed an app not purchased with your account?

iTunes Match asks me to sign out and sign in again every time I attempt to update. How do you fix this problem?
My problem is it asks me to sign out and back in every time I try to update ITunes Match. And it won't let you add a new song to a playlist unless it's updated on Match. So every time I add a song I have to sign out and back in just to put it on a playlist. I saw this issue on the internet but no solution.
Very sorry I did iTunes Match. Shuffled my playlists without asking and this additional extra work just to add a song to a playlist. Not impressed - at all.
I do thank you for trying. Surprised Apple doesn't monitor this stuff and step in and provide a fix. Left to our own devices. Thanks Apple! -
Already signed in on ebay; then I go to either revise my item or sell and item, ebay will ask you to sign in again; using Firefox, the same screen keeps coming up, asking me to sign in. I then have to use IE . Deleting history does not help.

I am not exactly sure why the menu did not detect the password change or if it was stored incorrectly after you changed it? I've signed up for a subscription to acrobat pro and successfully download 2 days ago. Now when I try to open pdf it asks if I want to sign up again and will not allow me to open the document. Can anyone give me assistance?

It sounds to me like you're trying to open a PDF via one of the Acrobat online services, not via Acrobat. Did you install the file that you downloaded after you signed up? Once you do, Acrobat will be installed on your computer, and you can run it locally (you don't access an Acrobat Pro subscription via the web--it works just like a version of Acrobat that you might purchase from the Adobe Store, or a large retailer).
Then, you'll open the Acrobat application from your desktop and choose File > Open to open your PDF file.

I frequently get the messages "windows couldn't sign you out" (I am signed out) ,"not connected to in the internet" with prompts to sign in again (I don't) and "you're currently working offline", with a prompt to connect to my own locked wireless. None of these statements are true and I ignore the prompts (although my husband did re-sign on to our router once). I find that if I unplug the phone line and then plug it in again, it works. Strange. Is someone trying to get my password?

Open the Desktop Application manager. click on the little cog icon > Preferences > Account.
If you sign out, and sign back in again, that will force the Desktop Application Manager to rescan your system and check installed Adobe apps.
I think that the latest updates fixed the 'You have been signed out' problem. If not the fix is a bit long winded, so try first, and if you are stuck I/we will talk you through the fix.
