I'm FURIOUS with Verizon and this is my LAST straw before I goto another company!

I am writing this in hopes that I can resolve an ONGOING issue that I have addressed many times in the past with different levels of Verizon Wireless "customer service".  I have 1 phone call recorded(same way I am being recorded when I call in for training purposes, I do the same for ALL my phone calls) of an employee who shouldn't work at any company in customer relations let alone a GIANT like Verizon Wireless, who actually hung up the phone on me and disconnected me right about the time they were closing up because she was obviously sick of hearing my complaining.  So one Verizon associate hangs up on me and I have the transcript of ANOTHER "customer care agent" named Gina-Lynne who basically told me "oh well this is what it is and yes if you don't like it and want to go elsewhere let me give you the 800 number and their hours so they can cancel everything for you and by the way you have a 350.00 ETF but don't worry it will go down 10 bucks per month so its probably about 300 by this time".
That representative was my last and final straw before I leave Verizon as a whole.  My ENTIRE family is on Verizon Wireless with all new IPhones and my associates in my retail stores here on Long Island in New York, all have the new Galaxy Note and are thrilled with it and I'm getting replacement after replacement after replacement of the same GARBAGE, paper weight phones that have the same issues over and over repetitively.  I have gone through about 5-8 different replacement Blackberry Bold Touch phones before I gave up and the nice woman in customer care helped set me up with this "incredibly high speed and amazing battery life that lasts forever etc etc" with the Droid Razr Maxx HD.  I have already been through countless number of replacements of the Droid now as well and ALL I WANT IS A PHONE THAT WORKS AND HOLDS A CHARGE!   I haven't said BOO about the service issues I have been having or misled information I was given numerous times, I am a LOYAL CUSTOMER to Verizon Wireless and just want some customer service in getting me a new phone that works and not this Re-Furbished phone that I keep getting that is horrible!  I don't just use my phone for pleasure, I use it for business as well and i should NEVER be stopped from doing something at work or in my social life because my phone is constantly having issues of lagging and freezing and not browsing at all etc etc etc.
I NEED a supervisor or someone within the Corporate Verizon Wireless structure to call me as soon as possible hopefully this afternoon to resolve this issue.  Many companies are dying for business and want their customers happy and are now even willing to pay other companies Early Term Fees to get them on board with them.  Verizon used to be great with everything but I see them slipping MAJORLY in all aspects including phone service, 4g or lack of, and MAJORLY in customer service and knowledge regarding their own company who signs their paychecks.
I would like to get a different phone either a NEW high flying, high speed, long lasting battery phone if they make a NEW and improved Droid or something along those lines????  Maybe even at this point one of the iPhones which I have always hated and been against but now I see they are blowing everything away besides the NOTE but I don't like the size of the Note.  If someone could call me back so hopefully we can resolve this and I can stay a loyal customer and my family can stay loyal customers and my staff as well.  I DO NOT want to change carriers but it comes a time when you have to draw a line after being abused by the company you pay hundreds of dollars to per month and ON TOP OF EVERYTHING  they took away my employee discount because they were sending my mail to the wrong address and now I lost my 20% off and have been paying MOREEEEE for a non working phone!  This is absurd and I am hoping someone calls me today to resolve this and I can have a working phone by the time I leave work tomorrow because there is a Verizon Wireless store next to my job!
Thank you very much for taking the time to read this and look forward to speaking to someone as soon as possible!

I have the same question what time did you chat ? Just because you were speaking with someone that is representing Verizon does not mean you were speaking to a "Customer Service" agent. Customer service is only open during specific hours. After those hours the only people online is the Online Sales Department. It is very possible you were chatting with the sales department.

Hi I Have A Prepaid Smart Phone Right Now With Verizon For About 7-Months So Far. I Have Always Paid On Time No Missed Payments Good Standing Account, I Tried To Switch Over To A 2-Year Contract With Verizon And They Wanted A $400 Deposit For Only 1-Line. Is There Anyway I Can Use My Excellent Payment History With There Prepaid Department To Switch To A 2-Year Contract And Not Have To Pay The $400 Deposit. And This Is Due To The Fact I Have No Credit History Whatsoever

Since you have no credit history, my guess is you would need at least a year of on time payments, and I'm not sure a pre-paid account would qualify as you can stop at any time.
You didn't specify your age, but getting started int he credit world is not easy - you may try applying for a gas card, or a credit card, and USE them, pay them off each month - and expect to take a year or more to establish a record.

  • I have an apple id with verizon and @me and i can't set up family sharing

i need help setting up family sharing because i have two apple id's  one with verizon and one @me.com  so i already purchased more storage on the cloud with verizon and when i signed in on the desktop to upload my library and set up homesharing i had to do another 9.99/mo plan because that computer only allows me to sign in with @me.com.  I've read that I can't combine them??  So how can I fix this?  Any easy solution?

    Howdy Denise,
It is not possible to combine Apple IDs. See this article -
Frequently asked questions about Apple ID - Apple Support
You can set up Family Sharing using one of your Apple IDs by following the directions in this article -
    iCloud: Family Sharing
Note in particular that in order to set up Family Sharing you need a Mac computer running Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite).
This article provides a good overview of Family Sharing and what you can do with it -

  • Frustrated with Verizon and their inconsistent Customer Service

I am so frustrated with Verizon and their Customer Care/Service.  I have never been told so many different things.  It seems that there is no consistency with what they tell customers.  I called and explained to them that I have been with them for over 20 years that we were looking to save on our monthly bill. They said that with my employee discount, and they checked to see if I qualified for other discounts, I didn't and they lady could have cared less to help.   My Verizon/employee discount is changing (decreasing in percentage saved), Sprint and AT&T offer a higher discount with my employer.   I spoke to Sprint and AT&T and they offer not only better discount, they are cheaper (and AT&T coverage is better here where I live, versus very broken up where I live when it comes to Verizon).   Anyway, I called back and spoke to a Rep. named Kayla who was more than happy to keep us at Verizon.  I questioned the Edge plan, and that none of our 5 lines where up to where I could get it.  I asked her if she could speak to someone and make an exception.  She did and said that was not a problem that since we had been loyal customers for over 20 years, I could do the Early Edge on all 5 lines, that she could go ahead and place an order for 5 new phones of what we wanted - and that when I received them, then I would have to send Verizon back the 5 phones that we currently have.  I thought great.  I'd be saving atleast some money going this route.  I told her that I wasn't sure which phones we wanted that I would find out and call back.  I did the online chat later because I had a question, and that Rep told me - No, that wasn't going be happening at all that I was misinformed.   This is not the first time that this has happened with Verizon.  A rep in a store told me if I bought this Verizon tablet ($99 with a $99 mail in rebate - Free, I liked that - then he said if I did that, he could save us $20 per month on  what we were currently paying per month).    Well, low and behold - I got an extra line - a tablet that I had no use for (he got me at the whole "I'll lower your bill $20 per month".  I fell for it, and it didn't save me one penny.   In the meantime, I put Sprint and AT&T to the test - I spoke with each of them about 3 different times each and got the same answer each time from both of the providers.  Customer Care/Service and consistency and not misleading customers is what is selling me.   I will gladly spend my $3,400/year elsewhere - and save money in the process.   Anyone else have similar experiences???

Early Edge works by having you turn in the phone on the line that is early edge upgraded.  You then start paying for the full cost of that phone over 24 months, sooner once you get to 75% paid off on that phone, where you can trade it in and start again on another phone, but you will have lost the money already paid up to 75%.  When you trade in the phone for Early Edge and then trade in the new phone for edging up, the phones must be in perfect working order with no damage of any kind.
The money "saved" comes from being on Edge where, if the phone is on a plan with 6GB or more data, you save $25 per month on each Edge phone, $15 if on a plan with less than 6GB.  However, you turn around and put that $25 back onto the phone payment each month, so you DO save $25/$15 but you basically break about even on a 6GB and greater plan after the phone cost.
BUT, in the end, if you get a better, more reliable signal from ATT, and you have an awful signal with VZW, you might consider a switch, but you'd have a large sum of ETFs at this point to cancel all 5 lines.  There are also special stipulations as to who and when one can Edge up or start Early Edge, such as 6 months straight on-time payments.
Verizon Edge FAQs | Verizon Wireless
Early Edge is basically just starting the Edge plan early, so the above page should answer a lot of the questions regarding eligibility. Be warned however, that there are a lot of people with issues who decided to take advantage of this program, namely the trade-in process of sending old phones back and then finding charges on their bill for phones that were "not" received at the warehouse.
It is my opinion that you should not go this route, because if you have less than stellar service now, you are setting yourself up for possible frustration and another 2 years of disappointment.

I am using Sansung Galaxy S III with Verizon and when i am calling out to somebody they recieving my call as RESTRICTED CALL...
Let me know, please, how can I change settings in my phone to clear option of restricted out going calls...
    Thank's a lot

        Hi there Altercc!
We definitely want others to know when you're calling them. This could be fixed two ways.
First we have an option called Share Name ID available via vzw.com: http://bit.ly/SsGi9e
We also have the opportunity to Block your Caller ID from displaying. This is a feature we can easily remove if it's active.
    Thanks,

A Verizon corporate store can provide you with a nano SIM and activate it for you. Corporate stores do not charge for SIMS. I don't know what a reseller might or might not do.

After Updating Adobe Indesign CC ,While I'm selecting text in a paragraph, the text disappears and this problem repeated several times before update everything was ok

First, see Replace Your Preferences and do it for the original account.
If that fails to solve the problem, rename the two Adobe folders that contain the prefs in the user profile for that account and copy the folders from the new account where it works. You want to be sure you copy the folders, rather than merge the contents, so you must rename the old folders first.

  • IPhone 6 Plus 128 Availability Updates (will be updating as I continue making contact with Verizon and Apple retailers)

I figure I would compile a list of things I have heard from Verizon reps as well as Apple retailers for anyone curious
First Contact:  Verizon Wireless Preorder 9/12 for 6+ 128 Space Gray made at 12:17am PST at full-retail.  Small chat with representative about placing order.  "Deliver By: 9/19" throughout ordering and on confirmation page.  Email confirmation 1:52am, with delivery date changed to 10/7.
Second Contact:  Online Chat with Verizon rep about order.  Verizon rep confirms nothing more than what the email stated, and what the "Status Update" on the VZW Website provides (an infinite "your order is processing, no shipping date available").
Third Contact:  Direct message to Verizon rep.  Also completely useless.  Does not provide any more information regards shipment.
Fourth Contact:  Call up Verizon Customer Service.  Woman reiterates shipment date, but also adds that my order processed at 1:52am - the same time my email confirmation was sent.  So 2+2 means that whenever confirmation emails are received is when your order is processed.
Fifth Contact:   Call up Verizon Customer Service again.  Ask more about my shipment and why it would be that others who placed their orders for the exact copy of my phone after me, received tracking numbers before me.  Was told that it depends on which warehouse your order was sent to.  Some warehouses have more of certain phones than others.  Ask what the random number for my order location translated to geographically (city, state) and was told that as part of a non-disclosure agreement that information cannot be released.
Sixth Contact:  Call up local Verizon Wireless Retail Location.  Representative states that 6+ 128 models will not be available in store at all for 9/19.  Suggests that perhaps Best Buy will have the phone in stock on release day.
Seventh Contact: Call up Best Buy and manager was kind enough to explain that pre-orders made through Best Buy are actually pulling from the inventory from the store.  Also explains that 6+ models are not even able to be pre-ordered because of lack of supply via Apple and therefore will not be in store locations at all.
Eighth Contact:  Call up different Verizon Wireless Retail Location.  Representative explains that in-store locations will not know which models will be available in-store until the night before, because the shipments have not been made yet, much less fulfilled.
Ninth Contact: Call up ANOTHER Vzw Retail Location.  This was the most helpful representative of all.  This rep explains that no matter WHAT kind of shipment the corporate stores receive, these phones are reserved for people who upgrade/add a new line/etc, and will not be sold to people who opt for the month-to-month option for full retail.
Tenth Contact:  Call up another Best Buy location.  Rep doesn't know much of anything.
Eleventh Contact:  Call up Apple Store located inside of a mall (because I cannot feasibly wait in a line overnight; I have twin 18mos old sons, so an in-mall location seems like my best option).  Rep does not know what mall procedure will be as far as lining up.  Does not know quantity of phones coming, but does know that EVERY model will be available for purchase at first-come-first-serve.
Twelfth Contact:  Call up another in-mall Apple Store location.  No lines inside of mall (duh), and nearest entrance door will be opened prior to mall hours at 8am.  All models will be available for purchase in store in unknown quantities.  Check out process takes 15-20 minutes, including transfer of all information from one phone to the new phone.  If I do not want to wait in line in store, I can call the store location and make my order over the phone at 8am and pick it up in store later that day with my confirmation number and ID.
So that's that then.  I plan to try and get my hands on a phone this Friday by going to an indoor Apple location, and if I am successful I will be cancelling my Verizon order regardless if I get a tracking number by then or not (although I doubt I will).  I know that most VZW Reps are responding from prompts, but you think that the prompts would provide the same response for the same questions, or even that Verizon would have come out with an official statement regards this whole mess.  I guess that's asking for too much, though.
What's everybody else's plans and experiences?  Inspired or made aware of anything from my experiences?

Yeah, that's a possibility but after the responses from the Apple locations and the guarantee that my model will be available for purchase at FCFS, I don't think I'll have much to do with Verizon locations regards it all.
I think the reason you're receiving yours on Friday is you are east coast whereas I am west coast.  I think there was some truth to the Fifth Contact's response and that it also depends on the warehouse the order is coming from.  My warehouse is more than likely different than yours and probably has a larger demand/smaller supply than your warehouse.
I live in Southern California, and my county alone has 3.1M people.  The four surrounding counties have 10M people, 2.3M people, 2.1M people, and 3.2M people.  iPhone is king out here as far as phones, so I'm chalking it up to supply/demand in my warehouse, and that my order was processed much later than many others in my area.
I'll check back on my order tomorrow and Thursday, but unless I have a notice that shows it going out for delivery on Friday by being at my local FedEx facility, I'm going to an Apple store, getting a phone there, and cancelling my order with Verizon.

  • Is there a better way to deal with Verizon and my DSL issues?

My family and I have been with Verizon for as long as we've had broadband internet. For the past 5 years or so the internet has been shaky at best. For the most part it works, but a coupe times a year it stops working all together or becomes VERY intermittent (and is usually working by the time I get finished sitting on hold and the test the technician runs shows no problems). Every time I have to wrestle with the "tech support" on the phone and listen to a recording tell me the same things over and over again that never fix my problems.
Every time my internet gets to this point, it requires a visit from a Verizon technician. Usually they go out into the neighborhood and find a length of cable and replace it. Usually that fixes my issues for a while, but I know it will happen again. It always happens again.  It seems to me that the entire length of line that my internet runs through is old, and needs to be replaced. Instead of fixing the problem before it actually becomes a problem, Verizon continues to leave me and my family without service for periods of time.
Last week was the most recent time we dealt with this situation, which was fortunately short lived (Only all day Sunday, into Monday when the technician arrived). It's getting VERY tiring dealing with this situation over and over again, and it's getting offensive honestly. To hear the tech support person tell me that I will be charged $91 if the problem is found and is inside my house is ridiculous. I would understand if this was the first time this situation had occurred, or if I frequently reported non-issues. But no, I'm simply reporting the same issue that Verizon has failed to fix MANY times before.
Perhaps the most frustrating part of this, is that we've never been compensated for our lost service. Last year we lost service for an entire week. That's an entire week with no internet service at all. After we finally got it back, we spoke with the billing department and they told us that we would be credited for the week we lost service. At this point, we are yet to see any credit for the time we have been without the service we pay for. Perhaps we would have tried dealing with Verizon again to get our weeks credit, but attempting to contact someone in Verizon seems futile. Unless you're calling sales you end up sitting on hold for extended periods of time, only to be bounced from person to person until you get to someone that has no excuse not to pretend to help you.
Unless something changes, this is Verizon's last opportunity to keep our service. We have dealt with the loss of service followed by the insult of attempting to deal with Verizon's customer support for the last time. Next time it happens (and I'm sure there will be a next time) unless Verizon shows us that they are actually going to correct the problem, we will cancel our service and give our business to the competitor. This post is being written for a few reasons. I'm hoping that perhaps Verizon can give me a better way to contact someone locally when we have a problem (I would LOVE to speak with a regional manager, or even a local manager of some sort), or at least recognize that there is a problem that will end up costing them money.
    Thank you,
    A long time customer.

I've decided to give up the fight and go to another provider.  I have work to do and having to wait at speeds slower than dial up is insane.  At least with dial up I'd have some stability.  I can't even run speedtest because it won't connect.  At hotels, wi-fi, and hanging by blackberry the laptop works fine but to actually use dsl, nope.  Multiple machines and multiple browsers - it's all the same worthless bandwidth.
If they won't give you fios then there is no reason to stay.  They've been promising me the service is coming for the last 6 years.  They could have run it here by now for the postage they've spent trying to get me to switch to it even though it isn't available.  Waste, waste, waste ....

  • Severely disappointed with Verizon and the Revolution

More of a rant than anything.  Just severely disappointed with Verizon.  We have been customers for about 16years, have 4 cell phones and the cell based home phone with them.  On this last upgrade, we went with some refurb. Revolutions as Verizon was/is pushing their refurb products.  One phone began acting up after about 3 months, the other at about the 6 month mark.
Verizon's solution to lock up and several other various software related issues that happen continually is, you guessed it, Hard Factory Reset.  When I complain that is very tough since I have many downloads (some come back after reset, some don't) and all my e-mail accounts from home and work have to be redone all the time, AND each time I do a factory reset, it adds a mirror image of my phone contacts, so each person is listed 4-5 times now.  The good thing I guess is that I now have a hobby in my free time.....sitting around deleting duplicate contacts......
I called and simply asked to be able to upgrade to another phone at the discounted price, and would have another 2 year contract.  DID NOT WANT A REFUND, just wanted to "fast forward" the calendar a year.  Their response was a flat NO.  They would offer to replace the phone, but only after I went through three more levels of customer no-service hell.  Apparently the minions that answer the phone have no authority to help a customer, they make you do the hard reset and then if that does not work, they transfer you to some kid somewhere who puts you thru the paces and then you still have nothing.
This last time they were asking me at what specific times the phone was acting up, like at exactly what time did you NOT get the call you are claiming was made.  At what exact time did that call refuse to go through that you claim to have made.  At what exact time did you e-mail start acting up.  Where exactly were you at.  What a pain in the butt.  I have tried to work with them, they did give me a phone number and "incident #" but there was no help there either.
I guess I will use the remainder f my contracted time with them and look or a new carrier.  Since we can PORT numbers now, they can't hold any of my numbers hostage.  If a VZW person monitors this, our $200.00 plus a month account can still be saved...just want a little help here.....

You make the appointment. And here it is 9PM and no one has shown. No call. No apologies. Nothing. No complaint department. No Complaint number. NOTHING. You'll probably get rid of this thread because it is taking up too much space. But Verizon, you USE to be a decent company. I sang your praises to everyone and swore by you. But lately, all I do is swear at you. You outsource your calls on the weekend and they screw up their orders and I have been screwed ever since. Sure, things are fine now. But I had to re-work my schedule for you and you sent numerous messages that you were showing. And NOTHING. This is not a way to run a business. This is not a way to treat a customer who pays their bills and has been a long time customer with you. My friend recently asked me about you and I said, oh yeah. Great, never had a problem, works with you.Now I think you've gotten too big for your own good. You can't provide quality service anymore. I've told her to forget about it and stay with someone else. Someone who provides SERVICE and not empty promises.

  • Just hooked up mifi with Verizon and cannot go online with my firefox

firefox is my home page and i just hooked up with a mifi with verizon

If you purchased the TV through them then rightfully so
This has to do with a defective device purchased through VZW. If it was purchased directly from HTC then yes of course file a complaint against HTC.
Mobile customers are in the mindset that if they purchase their device through the carrier it's the carrier's responsibility to handle defective devices.  VZW could have easily said to the OP that not our problem contact HTC and washed their hands of it.  Instead they decided to send another defective device to the OP.

  • Disgusted with Verizon and the havoc they made of my day

I called asking what the best way was to reduce my bill. Someone offers me a package and tries to get me the $300 card. He says he's unable to do the card bit, but gives me a nice package. Says that someone will be coming by on Aug 31st between 11 and 2pm. I get email about visit etc. Then a box appears, its a new cable box. I figure the guy coming on Friday has to install an upgraded box for me. I never received an email or call about the box. UPS was lucky I was home. So the box sits and waits until Friday. I get a phone call about the ticket and they are confused about what they are supposed to do with it, I tell them that I received this box, I'm trying to lower my bill. She says ok. Now we know. I was told my service would be disrupted on Friday, so when I woke up and there was no phone signal. I thought ok, tech will take care of it when he gets here.  Turn on TV expect too see nothing, but I have TV and Internet service. Strange. But I go with it. Eleven o'clock rolls around. No call, no tech. So I call Verizon. I get bounced around by a guy who tells me to plug in the new box. Which didn't work btw. So I put my old box back in, then someone who bounced me to someone else who couldn't understand why my phone was out.  I was put on hold for too many times too count. I was on a cellphone, minutes clicking away trying too get this taken care of and losing patience. Three hours later, I find that billing made a mistake and cut off my phone because it was part of the new package they would be giving me. They kept asking me if I moved, numerous times. They said I moved earlier this month, when a tech came by. I had to explain that a PSEG truck went by and knock down the line and I called to have them put it back up. I still have no phone and won't get one until tomorrow.  I am disgusted. I am beyond **bleep** that no one told me that NO tech was coming and I have this cable box sitting in my livingroom. Sitting in a box and "I" have to find a way to get UPS to pick it up to return to them cause I'll be damned if I'm gonna search all over for a UPS store, with no car. No one explained to me that the new package would CUT OFF MY PHONE. No one knew what was going on with my account and its just inexcusable. I like the picture, I like the internet and when it works, I like the digital phone. But today pushed me to the limits of being understanding to the techs on the phone with me and the company. I think I've earned that $300 card I was offered from the guy on the phone originally. A day without a phone, 3 hours on the cellphone and missed appointments, just because of YOUR mistake.

You make the appointment. And here it is 9PM and no one has shown. No call. No apologies. Nothing. No complaint department. No Complaint number. • I really feel betrayed by Verizon and this phone

Not even sure where to start this nightmare, but I can see that I am not the only one.  I am on my second SIM Card and 2nd Nexus and the problems are not better.  I can't make or receive calls consistently with this phone.  Does not matter where I am or if I am driving or sitting stil.  Once a call connects, either outgoing or incomming, the bars all turn grey and its just a matter of minutes and the call drops.  This happens on almost EVERY call.  While I thought Verizon was being helpful, now I find out they were just being deceitful.  Acted as if this was not some ongoing issue, but I see several posts from acorss the country with the same problem, same fixes that don't work and the recommendation to hit ### send after each dropped call.  I can find posts as far back as mid-December.   This phone is great in so many ways, but honestly my overall opinion at this point is that is totally sucks the big one.  Now I am stuck with a phone that can't consististenly be used as a phone.  Verizon has not yet offered me a different phone, but ***, I have bought covers (2), I paid 300 dollars to have ice cream sandwich and I am going to end up with a 300 dollar phone that is basically the same as my Droid X that I replaced with the Nexus.  Should have just kept the Droid X and not upgraded to this stupid phone. Galaxy Nexus you suck and so does Samsung and Google as well.  Verizon is also on my poop list at this point.  After almost 20 years as a customer you try to teat me like an idiot instead of acknowledging the problem.

As soon as you log into Google services you automatically load your backup. You have to turn it off BEFORE logging into Google. It's a problem here and there with people and they always assume when they go through multiple devices that it's always the phone. When I get a new phone with an OS higher than what I had previously I always turn it off for 2 reasons.
    1. Some apps have not been updated to reflect changes with the OS. Installing these apps may have an adverse effect. Their cache could do the same.
    2. Cache may be corrupted or certain settings may cause conflicts which show up as "bugs" or things not working right.

  • This is my last attempt before I ask for my money back....

Okay so I asked this question awhile ago but I did not get the answer I was looking for. I need to assign my iphone to a new laptop and I can't figure out how. I assumed that if I plugged my iphone into my new laptop then everything would sync over. Now there are probably a ton of people who have gotten new laptops and computers so I know this question can be answered by someone. The only thing that happened when I plugged my iphone in was it appeared on itunes and it says that it is synced, yet my library on my iphone and the library on my laptop do not have the same songs. In past experiences with itunes and ipods and such I have just clicked "reset to original settings" on itunes so the ipod would sync to a new computer. This will obviously not work with my iphone as I do not want to reset all my data including: contacts, apps, youtube bookmarks, etc. Please help!!! This is my 4th time asking this question.... I mean someone must have gotten a new computer/laptop this season!! PLEASE HELP.

Did you go to the support site on Apple and Search for "authorize"?
If you did, you would have gotten these articles:

Have you called 800 my iphone for help?
Have you visited the Genius Bar at the Apple Store?
Maybe one of these will help.

  • Wow, what is up with Verizon and their customer service?

This company is becoming a joke.  Customer Service use to be decent years ago but they are going downhill, fast. First thing, the late release on the Note 4? Why? Second... Why are they taking the headphones out of the Note 4? For the price we pay we should get what is included in the box.  Third... Two day shipping on preorders, not overnight especially when they are releasing a week late.  Fourth, I call CS before I preordered the Note 4 and was told I couldn't preorder it until the 23rd,  a few days went by until I found out that wasn't true. If I don't get mine by the 25th because it ends up getting backordered I'll be furious.  If any other carrier had service at my house I would already be with them.

You know Ann there are other people out there who do things differently than you do...  I for one use earphones with my phone all the time, when im exercising, working, mowing the lawn, etc.  and in my experience  those that come with the phone tend to be of very nice quality.
