I'm getting an "Error Code: 16" every time I try to start up the program. Any recommendations?

Everytime I try to run the program, a pop-up always comes up telling me to uninstall and reinstall the product and the there is a "Error: 16" or something like that. Then, when I try to download it again, it doesn't work. Help?

Ok.. try restarting your Mac.
If that doesn't help, temporarily disable anti virus software.
Apps such as Little Snitch, Net Nanny, and Hands Off can prevent access to the App Store as well as third party download managers.
Try installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo
That will reinstall the App Store for you which may help. It's ok to do this even though you already have v10.6.8 installled.

Error code = -50 every time I try and publish or export (except Quicktime)

When I try and do any kind of publish or export (other than "Export using Quicktime") it will say "preparing" then will immediately go to a dialog that says:
Unable to prepare the project for publishing. The project could not be prepared for publishing because an error occurred. (Error code = -50)
I have no idea what next.

Why do I keep getting a 'Error 403 Forbidden' every time I try to read my Orange

Anyone else still having problems reading their emails. I manage to get as far as logging in but then get the 403 forbidden message. Also have done speed tests on Orange broadband and it's rubbish - presumably it's time I changed to someone else (other than EE who don't seem to have aclue how to deal with people)

Please post your full router stats. For a BrightBox: login and go to Advanced Settings/ System/ (A)DSL Status. Also post 'Time Connected:' from initial Status page. Full router stats are key to any speed & connection issues.
Try a wired speedtest here http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html and copy to here just the "Link to this result:" link.
What exchange are you connected to? If you don't know use: http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange_search and post the URL of your exchange page.

Just updated both Illustrator CC and CC2014. Now every time I try to save work the program locks up.

Only way out is Control/Alt/Delete and all work is lost. Using Win 7/64. HELP all work is stopped.
The Adobe web site is an endless circle of no help and apparently they don't want to talk to anybody about problems or help.

Eventually after a random number of tries firefox will start normaly. I am useing firefox 19.0.2 now bit I belive it started when I upgraded to firefox 18 but am not sure, it might have been when I upgraded to firefox 19 ... but it has been happening for a very long time and I cannot find any helpfule solutions online.
I have tried a Clean reinstall but it did not help.
