I'm getting an error message once I log into my Lakeland Acct. is read an OID problem

My college recommended that I download Firefox.
I was able to log into our Blackboard yesterday.
But, today it's providing andOID error message and will not allow me to log into Blackboard.

Apparently this occurs when Firefox has problems with security certificates. There have been a few questions about this. I will try to get advice about this.
Apparently you are using Internet Explorer 9 (From your system details). Do you have Google Updater plugin installed on Firefox ?
(That been implicated in this sort of problem by one poster, and some users with the problem do have Google Updater, but some do not)

I get this error message frequently when logging into my email account and trying to get new messages.

Error message says: Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure your file system allows you to write privileges and you have enough desk space to copy the mailbox.

It is more likely that the files are locked by an anti virus program getting in the way. Create an exception from real time scanning in your anti virus program for the Thunderbird profile folder and its children.

I have since uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but get the same error message.

Which version of OS X do you have? It's not clear from your post whether "installed an upgrade" means you just installed PSE 13 as an upgrade or you installed an update to PSE 13, like ACR 9 or 13.1. Please clarify.

i have a similiar problem:
i upgraded my mac from 10.6.8 to 10.7.something recently, but i did NOT update itunes, still running version 10.4.1. now i wanted to open itunes but it tells me, that my iTunes Library.itl was created by a newer version of iTunes - which i never used!
its annoying since i dont want to be forced to download a 720MB pckage of itunes every month - even more so, if the system start "lying" to me.
or is it another problem? anyone got the same? any solution? maybe an erratic prompt?

It sounds like you have the wrong printer selected.
When you get the Print window, pick another printer from your printer dropdown. You seem to have a fax printer selected instead of a physical printer.

It's difficult for anyone to say how to fix it. Try getting a new copy of it. Did you download it from a web site, as an email attachment, or something else?
I donwloaded that form from the SBA web site and it worked fine for me. It is an XFA form created in LiveCycle Designer, but those should work fine with the desktop versions of Adobe Reader. So try downloading it: http://www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/SBA%20413_0.pdf

Unable to add a mail account, with Invalid Password error message, yet can log into mail system OK through a browser. Mail technicians can't find the problem.

When I try to add a newly-created Bigpond account to Thunderbird, I get an error message "User Name or Password Invalid", yet I can log in to this account OK through a browser. When adding the account, Thunderbird says "Configuration found in Mozilla ISP database". I have previously successfully added Bigpond, Yahoo, Outlook and Hotmail accounts to Thunderbird and they are working fine. In looking at the Thunderbird error message, it seems to consistently refer to the User Name and Password. I know they are correct, as I can log in from a browser using them. Is there something in the validation rules that might be the problem? Also, you may be aware that Bigpond is migrating their old Webmail system across to the Outlook platform. Registering new e-mail accounts in Bigpond get created on the Outlook platform, whereas older accounts are still on the Bigpond Webmail system. Is this causing a problem somewhere in validation?

Every time I log onto Firefox I get the following message:

I would like to fix whatever is causing this error message to appear, but I haven't found my, "application's profile directory" so that I can check for "read/write restrictions". My hard drive is 640GB with 554GB free space remaining.

I can no longer open pdfs in Firefox. I don't get an error message. Nothing happens when I click on the link. Same problem with downloads.

Never had a problem like this before, I was always able to open a pdf or download a file from any site. I used Firefox exclusively to download my credit card statements, bills, etc. but I can no longer do this.

Have you looked at the [[Opening PDF files within Firefox]] Knowledge Base article? There is some good troubleshooting information in there. They also list 2 different PDF plugins. I'd try both just to be safe.

After looking at some other posts I signed into iTunes and edited my password with my Mac. Then I powered off and restarted my iPad and all is good now.
