I'm getting multiple popups when i click on bookmarks
when i click on bookmarks i get a bunch of popups...not all the time but
sometimes...they show up on my status bar and this morning they actually crashed
my computer...

I have been running Firefox for over 2 years on my Win 7 64 bit machine. This AM, I cannot start it. I get a message that it crashed & have option to Restart FF> When I click that I get option to start in safe mode. I cannot get it ti run in normal mode. I uninstalled & re-installed. Did not work. I uninstalled again & re-installed while Win 7 was in Safe Mode. It seemed t install & run fine. Rebooted & same thing.
Kinda frustrating. Any ideas? -

Go to the include MV45AFZZ of Sales Order Main program SAPMV45A
and find the correct exit in that and write the User exit code after saving the document FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE or
FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT by calling/writing the
fun module POP_UP_TO_CONFIRM.

No issues, but curious..why do I always get permissions repaired when I click on 'repair permissions' in Disk Utility ??......it usually has to do with core permissions and it's happened since i got this MacBook Pro in 3/11..I'll try this every 2/3 wks and always get repairs.....yet, I don't really have issues....it's been weird.......it continues with 10.7 and the update to 10.7.1.. a sample:

When I click organise bookmarks I get the library window and not bookmark organiser as in a previous version of Firefox so I can't erase bookmarks, advice please
The Library handles the Bookmarks and the History in Firefox 3 versions and later.
You can select in the left pane what you want to see: History, Tags, or Bookmarks.

edit the hosts file on your computer and remove any lines that contain gs.apple.com. Disable your antivirus and firewall.

I keep getting this error when I click on the link inviting me to join a Photo Stream: "An error occurred while joining the Photo Stream. Please try again later."
I was the one who set up the Photo Stream and sent the link to myself. I called Apple and they said I did everything right and the server must be temporarily down, but it has been the same for the better part of a day.None of the fixes above worked for me. Continued getting the "try again" error message.
Tryed a bunch of things, such as going directly to icloud on Safari to open the mail message, no luck.
Tryed the following;
Went to iCloud and logged in via Safari, clicked on my account name in top right corner, selected "Advanced" on drop down menu, and selected "Reset Photo Stream".
Turned off Photo Stream on all devices and iPhoto.
Turned on Shared Photo Stream option on Mac iCloud preferences.
Tried the "Join This Photo Stream" button in my Mac Mail app .me account again.
Still got the error message.
Forwarded the original mail message to a yahoo account, selected "Join this Photo Stream" in the yahoo account mail (still in my Mac Mail app), and lo and behold, iPhoto opened and displayed the photos.
Could be this would have worked right from the start.
Oh yea, still get the "try again" message if I click on the Photo Stream button in my .me account. -
Since the upgrade to 4.0.1, both of my mac osx computers get multiple popups and popunders, despite the block popups being enabled, as well as slow tracking(at regular card game sites, and frequent freezing of open windows.
Honestly I would never run both Win 7 & XP at the same time in a VM. 7 needs at least 4GB to run properly and uses more resources then XP.
I personally use VMware Fusion and XP. At this time there is no software, that I'm aware of or use, that does not run on XP. So for my Mac Win VM purpose I only run XP with the software in need to use in Windows. This work very well for me. I have 2 CPUs and 3GBs of RAM assigned to XP. Leaving the other 2 CPU cores, 4 HT cores, and 5GBs of RAM for OS X.
Not sure why you need, or want, to run both versions of Windows at the same time. I don't see the need as stated above. -
I want to see all my bookmarks in a column when I click the "Bookmarks" icon. icon.
When I click the "Bookmarks" icon, my list no longer appears. They are still there but hidden. How do I get the column listing to appear again?

[partially fixed] Firefox3.6 annoying sound when I click a bookmark.
The annoying sound started happening with the 3.6 update. It happens when I click any bookmark, or menu item. How do I turn this off? I've checked out about:config and set
accessibility.typeaheadfind.enablesound
liberator.saved.accessibility.typeaheadfind.enablesound
both to false.
Any help would be appreciated

I guess I will hold out on upgrading until I see this resolved. This is exactly the kind of thing that I want to avoid with Arch. Having unwanted sounds is especially bad when you don't run a sound server and therefore can only have one sound-making program at a time.
BTW, does adding:
gtk-event-enable-sounds=0
to ~/.gtkrc kill the sounds? This will disable GTK sounds globally though (which may be wanted ). Firefox really shouldn't make sounds by default though!
Editing ~/.gtkrc-2.0
and adding the following line to it:
gtk-enable-event-sounds=0
and then restarting ff3.6 DOES turn the sound off, but it will turn off sound for ALL gtk apps. -

Firefox frequently freezes for 30-60 seconds when I click on bookmarks, bookmark buttons, almost anything really. It has been doing this ever since I downloaded the latest update (7.0.1). It is really frustrating. Can you please help?
You will also notice that your shift key will be emulated. Meaning that keys you will try to press will press but they will act like you are pressing the shift key when you are doing them.
Try this, minimize the firefox window by pressing the tab on your taskbar. After doing that maximize it again. You will magically be able to click any link on your page. When you navigate to a new page however, the entire situation will start all over. My only remedy is rebooting and hoping it doesn't happen again soon. -
Excel 2007 Not allowing message popup when double clicking

We have recently upgraded to Office 2007 and are using IP workbooks. When a user gets the "messages available; double click to display" the message box is not popping up. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Not sure if it is an excel issue or a BEx issue.

I have it installed now but it does NOT work either (for me)!
At least in the global settings the option automatically popup messages works. Each action brings up the messages then.

Why do I get multiple tabs when I go to my home page and the all display server error
When I click on my home page link 3 more tabs appear and say connecting very briefly then all the tabs say server error. My home page loads fine but always get the extra tabs when I click on it.
