I'm going to sue skype to get my identity back

I'm fed up. I've filled out their form 6 times. The first few responses from them were worthless, saying oh you need to fill out this same form more detailed but not letting me know what they needed. Well I'm so sorry if I cannot recall the month and year I signed up for skype 6 years ago. So finally today, I dig deep into my records. I provide them the first 4 and last 4 of the credit card last used (because I no longer had that card number due to getting a new card). I provide them with the date of purchase that is taken directly from a credit card statement 12 months ago (which was the last date of purchase). This entire time, they are sending me emails to the same email that I've had on file for years with them, and I still have emails in my inbox to prove it! I even tell them who I skyped just 4 days ago, and I made two to three video calls to that Skype user. Somehow all of this super specific information isn't enough. Instead, a random person from who knows where with a Russian email address can just be me, and change all my profile info to state that I'm over 100 years old and live in a non-existent city. Yeah, that makes sense. Yet I cannot log in to my account because the thief has deleted the email I had on file for years and now it's no longer recognized and so I could never get on to change it back or redo my password. After my latest form filing with Skype, they say sorry, for the inconvenience, but you failed the verification process but yeah, we really care about security and privacy. Please, spare me.

Put me on the list as a supportor of the action. I imagine there are going to be many others with the similar complaint, this Co. has been cacheing my old accounts & poping them up every now & then, just to try & use up or do away with my credits.
