I'm having a problem printing coupons

For some reason I cannot print coupons from redplum bc of Java and the coupon.com coupon installer isn't printing my coupons ever since I dowloaded Mountain Lion. Can anyone help, I NEED MY COUPONS!!!

I am having a problem printing a word document in booklet form.

hp officejet pro 8000 wireless connected via usb
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
office 2010
When printing the document what gets printed is not in the order as what is on the screen.

If you have several application having the problem in one account it is probably the Printer having the problem. Go to the user Library. On Lion you do it from the Finder > Go menu > press option key and you'll see Library in the menu. Look for plist files named com.brother.......plist. Move them to the trash.
Restart the computer for good measure and try printing

Problems printing coupons from almost every site

I keep getting this error on my brother printer when I try to print coupons from online.
/usr/libexec/cups/filter/CouponConvertor_v2 failed
I downloaded the coupons.com plugin and can print the coupons when i open that only. But when I go online to any site I get an error when I try to print.

coupons.com is no help whatsoever.
Quit Safari
Go to your Applications folder in Finder
Highlight Safari and Command-I for "Get Info"
You will see the option of "Open in 32-bit mode" - check that
Reopen Safari
Print your coupons

I am having a problem printing pdf forms from the USDA FSA web site

The forms can be populated and printed but not saved. Each time I populate a form and try to print it the website stops responding. I have try without populating the form, I ve tryed different forms, different printer and system. restarting the computer, flushing my cache. I can print other pdf files, I can populate and print from other website. It only happening to me at the USDA FSA website after selecting an eform such as FSA 2002. Any help out there?

You should be able to right click on the PDF in the site and save the form. Even if you can not, once the form is displayed it is actually saved to the TEMP folder and you could play with that version. You will not be able to save the form with any data included, only the form itself since you are using Reader (by the way, there is a separate forum for Reader that might provide better answers).
To avoid the problems you mention with the web site, I would do the download of the form if at all possible and work directly in Reader on your system. That might solve the printing problem you are having. When I opened it yesterday, there was some linking to the site that I found a bit unusual, but I did not find anything in the PDF that would have done that -- I did not spend a lot of time looking for such things that would be typical of some JavaScript or such.

Having a problem printing from Java

I've written a program in Java that is supposed to print a document. This program when run on Linux gives a "print services not found" exception . Whereas, the same program when run on Windows prints the document.
The printer on which the printing is done is an HP deskjet printer. This printer is on the network. The version of Linux is 7.2. The version of Java is 1.4. I am able to print documents from Linux Operating sys. The problem is printing documents from java.
Please can u advice on how I can overcome this problem or advice on another alternative.

In fact, I wrote a program using the JPS. Java finds the printers on Windows... JPS found the printers when I used LPD. But today I use CUPS, and JPS does not find any more the printers.
I believed that the JPS used "Printcap" to find the installed printers ? did'nt ?
I have well the "printcap" automatically generated by CUPS...

Open System Preferences, choose Printers and Scanners, and you can change the default paper size, which includes different Envelope sizes. My HP printer has the image for the direction of the envelope. I have the OfficeJet 4630, and am currently using the Yosemite defaulted drivers after updating.

I had issues with my printer at first as well after installing Yosemite but deleted my old HP utilities, then allowed Apple default HP driver in, then re-downloaded HP drivers, and this worked for me in all formats, including printing envelopes.

I am having a problem printing emails from my Hotmail account when I am using Mozilla Firefox as my browser. When I click on the Print icon above the email and then proceed to print, the output on my Canon Pixma 830 printer is in extremely small type.

I am not sure about all those installed plugins you have listed below.
I know that I can always copy the text of my email and paste it into a Word file to be printed, but that is a hassle, and the output is not quite the same as when I print directly from the Web.

Having a problem printing photos from Iphoto. Seems that "themes" are required in order to accomplished the task. Where are the Themes found?

Where can I find the themes, possibly formats, for printing photos for Iphotos? Are these still being used or have they been upgraded to another program such as ilife?

You'll need to reinstall iPhoto. If you MBP came with Lion preinstalled move the iPhoto applicaiton to the Trash bin in the Dock, go to the App Store, go to Purchases, download and reinstall iPhoto.

Hello, I just purchased an HP Photosmart 5510 wireless printer and my computer is running Windows XP and I'm having a problem printing coupons, when I click the certain type of coupon I want to print the page loads with a solid white screen and in the bottom left hand corner it say's error on page. What am doing wrong or should my settings need to be set at. Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and effort towards this request.

Likely because the people writing the coupon printing software aren't very good at what they do.
If you can provide a bit more details as to what doesn't work, that might narrow it down.

Having problems printing using ePrint from email with an SMTP transmission failure

I am having a problem printing from my Apple devices (iPhone, iPad (both running iOS 5), Mac Book Pro and iMac (Lion)) from my Mobile me account (Apple's @me.com mail). My printer is a D110a and is up-to-date. The return error message I'm getting is attached. The printer is working fine as a wireless printer but whenever I try to email something to the ePrint printer address (@hpeprint) I get this message. While I wasn't a heavy user of emailing to this printer, I did have it working. I'm very discouraged by all of the postings I've found on very similar if not identical problems that others are having ... Please help! I cannot say if this is a supported path or not, but I have a few thoughts about what you are doing. I have done a few prototypes that would send emails programatically to eprint printers.
1. do you recieve the email if you send it to a different address (your email address) - you said the email is making it out of the server, but does it make it to destinations.
2. can you try this with your own printer that has an hp connected account? this would make it easier to troubleshoot.
3. hpconnected has the idea of open to anyone or allowed senders only. depending on how your customer has their printer setup, you could be blocked by the service because of those settings. with those options, they also have the option to block users or allow users to either of those settings.
3a. login to hpconnected.com, select devices, look at the device being printed to, and there is a column for ePrint Access that will say 'Allowed Senders Only' or 'Open to Anyone'. going to the settings for a printer will give more details about these settings, and allow you to manage blocked / allowed users.

4. I believe that in hpconnected, you can look at collections and it will show all recieved jobs - which would allow them to be printed again. I think this will list received jobs from email.

I'm having a problem printing on my HP Photosmart C7280 All-In-One. The following message is what came up on the printer screen: Ink System Failure has failed unable to copy, receive faxes or print. Refer to printer documentation Error O.cl9a0007.

Hey Spider! First off welcome to the forum.
I would recommend removing all the ink cartridges, unplugging the USB cable from the computer that connects to the printer, and then shutting the printer off completely by removing the power cord. Then restart your computer. Turn the printer back on but leave it disconnected from the computer. After it has finished its power on cycle go ahead and insert the ink cartridges back into the printer and be sure to seat them properly.
After you have all the cartridges back in the printer properly then connect it to the computer. See if this resolves the issue. If not post back with any findings.

Quality problem printing in Windows 8.1 with CP1215

Recently purchased new laptop with Windows 8.1 Pro. I have had my printer for years, CP1215, via USB, without having any problems printing to it with Windows 7 Pro. I first noticed that the quality of print I receive out of my printer on the new laptop is darker. The darkness comes from black lines going diagonally across the page. I would estimate at approximately a 2 degree angle. I would also estimate that the lines appear every 4th pixel row. I have attached 2 images, printed on 2 different printers. The one on the top is the one off of my CP1215, the one on the bottom is a color copier in my office. I have zoomed in incredibly on the prints to show the lines. Just never had problems with this printer in pre Windows 8.1 days. Tried installing ljcP1215-HB-pnp-win64-en. Tried uninstalling printer, rebooting, then installing, still same problem. I also have another problem with printing, but suspect it is more of a Microsoft problem. My laptop thinks a network printer goes offline, stopping and restarting the print spooler service seems to fix that. I had to make a .bat file on my desktop to do it, it happens at least 2 times in an 8 hr work day.

Problem printing when spool print documents is selected as apposed to print direct

I have an officejet 6500 and I'm having a problem printing a label created using Label Factory Deluxe software. The job will not print if spool print documents so that printing finishes faster is selected under the printer properties. The job appears to be sent to the printer. The printer icon appears in the task tray for less than a second and the printer makes a trill sounding beep but nothing prints. In addition there is nothing in the print que. It will print however, if print directly to the printer is selected. Any ideas???

Problem printing line pattern at diagonal

Hello there. I'm having a problem printing a pattern fill that is stripes, then rotated so it is diagonal. It looks fine in illustrator but when it prints it comes out choppy/pixelated. I've attached a scan of the print to show you what I mean.
Also, when printing small dashed lines they dont come out clean, some are missing or connected and it just looks strange....
