mine is working now, turn imessage off in settings,close the message app that is opened by double clicking the home button, restart the phone and turn imessage back on

Having problem with receiving gmail message in my appropriate email folders.

I am new to this forum and I have a question.
Yesterday I was having problems with my BB Torch, the touchpad was doing funny things like jumping lines etc.
So, I did a force restart, (remove battery for a minute).
After I did that, all my gmail emails disappeared from the appropriate gmail icons. I have 2 gmails setup and none of the messages are there.
They are still coming under the general MESSAGES folder where I can retrieve them but nothing under the gmail icons.
Is there any way to fix it?
I was really happy with the separate gmail folders and everything worked fine until now.
Just FYI... I did an update to the Blackberry software couple weeks ago but still everything worked fine even after.
Can somebody help me to fix this?
I even deleted the gmails and reset them again through the BB Setup.
It still says, "No messages".

Sounds like you may have an issue with your Messages database. Please try clearing the Messages database then test with new messages only, without restoring the previous messages from backup. Further info - I changed my security settings to allow apps from anywhere, and again tried to install. I again got an error message

I am having problems with my email messages with Firefox

My problem with Firefox ONLY seems to occur with messages in my email (hotmail-outlook). Quite often I open an email to see no message OR I click on a link to a video and no video appears. What does appear is a black screen with the sound of the video but no picture.
Despite asking questions about this previously, there seems to be only two ways to solve this problem. The first is to clear the cache and then refresh the page and I am able to see the word text that wasn't there beforehand (I might add that this only occurs if it is a forwarded email with text; not if it is just a standard email text someone has sent to me.
The second method that seems to work is to close off Firefox by clicking the close box (X) at the top right and then reload Firefox and my email account and then all seems to work.
Is there a solution as to the cause of this problem and how I can fix it, please?

You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:
*disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
*disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
*disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Clear the cache and the cookies from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
*Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Having problems with data and messaging.

I am having an issue with my net and messaging for my phone, and have been having these issues going on 3 weeks now. I still cannot receive nor send any photos or emails and the only internet or data access I can get ANYWHERE is inside my home. My mobile Data doesn't work and even if I sync to other wifi networks I cannot access the internet at all. I also bought the 3gig bridge data pack, and got the confirmation e-mail but it has not been added to my account and I bought it 2 weeks ago...
ALSO, I cannot reveive or send any picture messages anymore. Sice, number, it doesn't matter, I can't do it. It's upsetting because I would like to share the photos from a recent trip with family and friends.
This is VERY frustrating since I have only had this phone for a month.

Do you mean after a phone update? Do you mean just at home? Does it happen everywhere? Do you have wifi turned on? If its on and your not connecting just clear out the connections (forget) then reset up the connections and see if that helps. Did you get a Jelly Bean update? Many people have had wifi connections issues because your router is either outdated and not supported with the new os, or it needs a firmware update. Post back with more information.

Sorry for the late reply. My email firewall has become a little over zealous & sent a lot of my emails straight to my junk email folder, so I have only just now discovered your reply in my junk mail folder.
The only "don't open files exceeding xxx megabytes" instruction I can find in my Prefs, is in the Bridge Prefs for Thumbnails, & mine is set at 1000mb. The biggest files I handle are bigger than 200mb so I should be able to open a few, not just one.
However, this doesn't explain why I can open a psd format file of 180mb, close it, but then can't open a RAW format file of only 26mb immediately after.
I can open the RAW file only if I restart my computer - very annoying!
However, thanks for the advice about the video card & memory.
So, I'm still stuck as to what the issue is.

Same problem here with and I've done everything shy of a total reset which I also find unacceptable. This problem exists on all iMessage platforms (iPhone, iPad, and Mac) so I don't see how restoring my iPhone would help the problem.

It generally means - just using random numbers for examples - the iTunes on your computer holds 45 gig of content, you have a 16 gig iPad which has 13 gig of free space and the content just won't fit.
Easy solutions. go into iTunes and 'manually manage' your content. I believe this is in the main summary tab for your device (connect your device, click on the icon in iTunes to access controls for your iPad
You may also need to choose to manually control content in both the music and movie tabs.

the manual will have more specific info for syncing and controlling content

That camera model is too new for your programs. Every camera has its own raw format and ACR must be updated to include the info for each new model as it comes out. The workaround would be to download the free Adobe DNG converter and use that to convert your ORFs to DNGs that your version of Camera Raw can read.

I then decided to try and reload the Canon printer drivers and for some silly reason I deleted the existing Canon printer drive. Now I cannot load them from the CD provided with the printer or from downloads through the Apple store. If anyone out there could help me I would be greatly appreciated......

These Canon printer/scanner drivers from Apple - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL899 - should work. The MP250 is listed on the support page. Try downloading and installing them.
