if that fails, uninstall, clean (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and reinstall.

Having Trouble Downloading After Effects VIA the Cloud.

So I purchased Adobe AFter Effects through the cloud on a month to month basis. I had just finished the free trail and decied I needed to download it.
I then dowloaded the free trail of Creative Cloud just to see how the layout was etc. Then I purchased After Effects on Creative Cloud.
After I recieve my e-mail telling me my purchase had gone through etc etc. I logged in to Creative Cloud and tried to download AE.
The Adobe Apllication Manager window opens and I selected After Effects again but it doesn't do anything? On the left side (where it should say download or try) it says Up To Date.(picture included below).
I checked my computer just to make sure it hadn't downloaded and it's not there. I have a feeling this whole issue has to do with the free trail I was on?
Anyway, it's Saturday and Adobe's phone support is not open and I'll be wasting two whole days of my month to month plan if I can't get it downloaded
Anyone have any ideas as to what I'm diong wrong here, or what I should do to resolve the problem??

Log out of AAM, clean the SLStore folder as expalined here:
Error "Licensing has stopped working" | Mac OS
Sign back into AAM and then launch the apps to confirm the license agreements and finalize the activation.

I'm having trouble downloading After Effects from the Download Assistant. Error 107?

It says it cannot connect to Adobe.com but my connection is fine. I've restarted after closing the program several times and I've even tried different networks. Any help would be valuable to me. Thanks!

You will want to complete solution 1 in Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html#main_Solutio n_1. Also where are you trying to download the install files too?
Alternately you can utilize the steps listed in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 to initiate a direct download.

Running a Mac 2x2.26 Quad Core OS X 10.9.2... Adobe application that launches to download AE quits as it starts up. Any help?

Arhodes15 did you receive any errors during the installation process? I would recommend reviewing your installation log files for errors. I am having trouble opening Adobe Reader after I install it in my Safari. I have installed reader about 10 times now and it says I can use it now, but when I try to open a file it tells me I need to launch Reader and Agree to terms. I really need to use it now for school. You need to open Reader outside of Safari Start>All programs and accept the agreement.

I'm having a problem opening after effects in mavericks

Every time I try to open after effects it gives me this error.
I just updated after effects, and have restarted my computer. I haven't found anything on the internet of anyone else having this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Having Trouble Opening TIFF Files

I'm having trouble opening TIFF files into Camera Raw. I have checked all my settings in Adobe Bridge and everything seems to be saying that TIFF files should open in Camera Raw when I click on then int and then into photoshop when finished editing in camera raw.
I'm trying to open 32 bit HDR images saved as a TIFF file into Camera Raw, and there seems to be nothing I can do to get them there. I have tried everything I can think of. When I right click on it (cmd click I'm on a mac) the option to open in camera Raw isn't there. I have tried clicking and dragging the image into Photoshop to try and force it maybe to open into Camera Raw, and I have opened photoshop and tried opeing it up from mini Bridge. In mini bridge I have the option to open the image into Camera Raw when I click this nothing happens.
I'm not sure what else to try I'm on CS6 and Camera Raw 7.0 .

It might be that you need to update camera raw to version 8.3 by going to Help>Updates from within photoshop or bridge.
(i don't remember exactly in which version of acr that was added, but probably after version 7.0)

This issue occurs if the files related HP MediaSmart Music/Photo/Video Application got corrupted. To resolve the issue, I suggest you boot the system in safe mode and uninstall this software. Steps to boot the system in Safe mode are giving in the following weblink:

Hello guys. I'm having trouble opening Instagram pages with Safari. I try to open them and it seems to be loading for one second, but then it's all blank, there's nothing on the screen. Funny thing is, when I try to open an Instagram page that doesn't exist, it opens the Instagram NOT FOUND page. I don't know what's going on. I've tried everything, from software updates to restarting my Mac etc. Please help.

Because that site refers you to apps for smartphone devices. Not for your Mac.
Regardless of the Instagram website, v10.5.4 is an outdated version of Safari. You need to update your system software.
Click your Apple menu  top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click Software Update.
Restart your Mac after the updates are installed, then try Instagram on Safari.

Yes... I can confirm this too...
If I load up my clips with no audio into the timeline, stuttering is there immediately.
Then I add an audio track to the timeline and the stutter vanishes.
Then, if I turn down the volume of the audio to zereo or - 46 dB. The stuttering reappears.
If, however, I place the cursor (Skimmer) in a clip prior to hitting play, the stutter vanishes yet again...
I adore FCPx and after getting to know it, there really is NO going back for me. This app is more than a decade ahead of its time and it's new. And still in a sort of beta-phase. At least that is what I tell myself so that I can deal with it ;-)
At least now we know ONE reason why stuttering appears and by identifying the problem, we can solve it !

Last logged message was: <956> <ae.blitpie> <2> Making New Context" and then I click ok and it says "After Effects can't continue: sorry, After Effects has crashed. Specs: Windows 7(64bit), I5 3330p, Asrock z75 motherboard, sapphire radeon 7850 1gb graphics card, 8gb ram.

what's your quicktime version?
are you using default video card settings? (if no, try using default)
and google: "After Effects error: Crash in progress" ae.blitpipe
to see a range of causes and solutions.

I open Word documents on my Mac using Pages and textedit without any problems.
I also have a copy of OpenOffice and it can also open Word documents without any problems.
Could you please provide more details on exactly what you mean when you say you having troubles opening Word documents? What kind of troubles?
