I'm having trouble sinning in to my eprint account. I get two things when I try to sign in.

1. photo smart eStn C510a
2. windows vista 32-bit
3. JavaScript:void(0)  and   Ajax Submit Failed erro = 403, fobidden
4. N0
5. I'm getting the folowing messages:
           1. JavaScript Failed: void (0)
           2. Ajax submit failed  Erro:403, Fobidden
           3. This happens when I try to sing in to my account
6 My email is [email protected]

Hi there, try signing into the account using a different browser i.e. if you use IE try Mozilla FF or Google Chrome. This has worked for other users who've experienced this issue.
