I'm locked out of purchasing apps for eight hours because I can't remember the answers to my security questions
I was asked to answer two security questions before I could purchase a new app, and I could not remember the answers I'd chosen. It locked me out for eight hours because I'd put in too many wrong answers! How do I change my security questions without being able to answer the old ones?
If you can't remember them then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) - but some recent posts are saying that Apple have temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes are improved, so it may take longer.

I am locked out of iTunes because I can't remember the answer to my security questions, and my 'rescue email' is one that I no longer have access to... Help!
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I created my itunes account YEARS ago!! And I can't remember the answers to my security questions? Because I cannot remember the answers I cannot make purchases in the app store. Please help me create new security questions. Please help me.
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then see if this user tip helps you get the questions reset :https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support :http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing the number for Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Account Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 -
I can't remember the answers to my security questions because I made the account like 10 years ago. Because of this I can't purchase anything on my new MacBook Pro. Is there a way that I can get the answers emailed to me or reset them?

Want to change me password for my Apple ID on I cloud. I am doing this on my Mac but going into I cloud on Safari. I can sign in ok, but when I go to password change, it wants me to answer 2 security questions, I don't know the answers to these. Then it says if I don't know the answers, it will send me a link to and email address. The email address they want to send the link to is my old work email and I don't want them to send an email there and I don't want to have to contact my old place of work. Help please!!!
in that case you need the help of Apple Support.- only they will be able to help you. See this webpage on how to contact Apple Support in your country: There are either telephone umbers given or an email form:

i cant remember the answers to my security questions. i have reset my password and added the recovery email account but still cant figure out how to purchase new content. it asks me the same security questions. i also have a temp pin. how do i fix this?
If you've just added an address to your account then it will be an alternate/secondary email address, a rescue email address can only be added by answering 2 of your security questions. If you already had one on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email addressthen you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 -

I cannot remember the answer to my security questions, so now I cannot purchase from the iTunes store. Incidentally, I remember my password and can connect on my iPad.
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use.
If you also can't remember your iTunes account's password then you can try getting it reset via http://iforgot.apple.com or by contacting support via the HT5699 link above -

DMP 4400 will quickly flip every other image. Why?
So we have several DMP 4400s installed and managed through the DMM. Often some of the DMPs will start flipping quickly past every other image in the playlist although they are all timed to change at 25 secs or so. All images in the playlist are png.
