I have Elements 10 and would like to remve versions 8 and 9 from my computer without losing any pictures. Do I uncheck the "
Remove downloaded content" box?

ok, I can use the uninstaller program. I just wanted to make certain I would not lose any of the pictures. I have WIN 7 home 62 bit.

No you will want to uninstall the software using the uninstallers installed on your computer? If you need more specific directions on how to remove the software can you please respond with the operating system you are using?

Unable to install my newly purchased version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. After inputing the serial number, I get partway through the install process and then I see that everything is being backed out. Id it possible that I have a defective CD? Please advise a telephone for Adobe Technical support.

I found a doc Install rollback | Photoshop Elements | Windows that provides information on installation rollback. I'd suggest that you use the doc before calling up customer support. If your problem is still not addressed, share the installation log file (information available in the suggested document) when you contact customer support (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/).

I am trying to install trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 13, I have downloaded it several times, I have the software specified in list for requirements needed, I have 693 GB of free space, have administration writes, but each time at the end of installation I get the following message. ' A problem occurred while extracting some files. Check available space on your computer and the write privileges on the destination folder, which is Desktop. What could be my problem?

I don't know about kpt 6 or 7, but kpt 5 and the newest kpt collection seem to work in pse 9 on a windows 8.1 x64 install.

How did you try to install ACR 8.8. The only way I know of that works with Elements is to use the Updates Choice on the Help menu.

In your case, the Nikon D810 needs Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) 8.6 or Lightroom 5.6. (Congratulations on buying a new camera!)
To get to that level with Photoshop Elements, you will need to replace your Photoshop Elements 12 with version 13. Adobe caps ACR updates on version 12 at 8.5.
The most convenient way to get around it without spending any money is to use the FREE from Adobe DNG Converter. Download and install it from here for FREE: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=5855&fileID=5890 Once it is installed you can convert your D810 raw files to an Adobe RAW version with the .DNG file extension that most, if not all, versions of the various Adobe software programs can use. There is no risk of any image quality degradation or RAW functionality.
