I'm looking to buy just the single app plan for the individuals. Does that also come with license for 2 computers as well? (I have a work computer and a laptop)

You can cancel the Single Application for In design and purchase the Photoshop application.

You can go for the Photography plan which includes both Photoshop and Lightroom as a bundle and it will cost you $9.99 a month.

No.
With the Single App plan all you get is Photoshop.
You need the Creative Cloud Photography Plan

Can i try apps while on a single app plan

I know I want photoshop. I'm already iffy about this monthly fee thing - I'm already mad that my 500 investment went to waste because (oh lordy) I had to switch OS. Fine okay. . . I can get photoshop (GIMP really doesn't cut it) for a single app plan. Cool. Now can I free trial of other apps while only purchasing the single app plan? If so is there any more cost effective way to have only 2 apps? Or is it just one or all?

you get ps and lr with the photography plan. it would make no sense to pay more for ps alone or lr alone. though for users that want ae or flash only, the single app plan makes sense.

No it's the same Photoshop .Photography program is just a temporary promotion pack with Photoshop and Lightroom and it can end anytime .So you can buy Indesign and photography to have Indesign,Photoshop and Lightroom .

How do I switch from a basic phone to a smart phone on the single line plan?

I currently have a basic phone on a basic phone plan. My contract expired ages ago, so I'm just month to month at the moment. I want to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 5c, and my plan to the single line plan--unlimited talk and text, 1GB of data. However, when I try to place this order online, it defaults automatically to the More Everything plans, which would end up costing me about $20 more than the single line plan for the same amount of data. I have a problem with my 4s camera which has come up recently. Everytime I take a picture and look it up via the 'Photos' app, it shows as blank. But when I click on edit on the blank picture, it comes up and I am able to save it back on my photo album.

Besides, I have also experiences the camera working a bit wiered (slow and often blanks out the moment I am ready to take a photo). Any help on this pls?

There are a few things that are confusing in your question.
As far as I know, you dont have to install Time Machine on this OS as it is already installed for you. You only need to connect a hard drive to your computer via firewire or usb, click on the Time Machine icon, Open Time Machine Preference in the drop down menu and select a disk: your connected hard drive.
You can of course reformat this connected device, partition it into a few volumes to organise data if you so wish.
I find it strange that your mac's hard drive is divided into two volumes... perhaps this was created through bootcamp?
You can access the configuration of your hd through Applications/Utilities/Disk Utilities.
Clicking on one of the icons on the right hand panel will bring the details of the contents of your hardDrive and volumes. From there you can decide to erase a partition, reformat etc....
If your hd contains more than one volume, and one of them is empty, you could decide to remove it. Back up all your important data before doing so.

Are Photoshop's 3D features available with the Single-app subscription?

I'm a bit confused about how I get the equivalent of "Photoshop Extended" in the subscription world. I've had the PS subscription for a while but I don't think any of the 3D features were included. Now I need to get started with matte painting and working with 3D and I can't figure out how. I really don't have much use for the other big products in the suite so it's hard to justify subscribing to the entire bundle. Any ideas?

The single App subscirption for Photoshop CS6 or gettiing on with CC has Photoshop Extended so they for sure have all 3d features.
