Is Javascript the only way to apply Numerous Paragraph styles that have already been establish to a document to apply autoamtically?
Hi,
There are many options to apply paragraph/character styles. When you are loading 'Tagged Text', InDesign will automatically apply these styles. If it's XML, we can apply the styles using the mapping option.
Can you pl. provide more details about workflow and your requirements to give clear idea.

I have a 13 inch Macbook Pro. I am using my old monitor, and it works fine! I wanted to have the menu bar on my monitor as well, and I found out about clamshell mode. I plugged in my keyboard and mouse, and it worked like a charm. Everything was at a normal size and at pretty high quality! However, my keyboard recently stopped working and I don't want to get a new one. Is there a way I can change my display settings to match that of clamshell mode without actually going into clamshell mode? Thanks!Clamshell without the clamshell? Kinda oximoronic, dont'cha think?
Given that you want the primary window to be the external monitor, "bless" it by opening System Preferences / Displays, arranging the layout of both displays as desired (yeah, both WILL have to be on) then click and drag the mini-menubar on the square representing the internal display onto the other one. -
Any way I attempt to open new tabs, be it clicking on the new tab button or using the short-cut Ctrl-t, I am unable to open any new tabs on my browser window.
The only way I have found that I can open a new tab is to right-click on a link and instruct that link to open in a new window.Try disabling the Ask Toolbar extension.

I am trying to listen BBC radio news from BBC App, but on pressing the button "live radio" I always get the error "there was an error playing this radio feed". What is the source of this error and how can I remove it?
That is probably just a generic error message and you might not ever know what is causing it. Assuming that you have been able to play live radio with the app in the past (I know nothing about the app) and assuming that all other Internet related functions (Safari, email, etc.) are working properly on your iPad, quit the app completely and reboot your iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that fails to resolve the issue, you might want to reboot your router, unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again. -
I have just opened 2 new albums in photo but cannot see the albums thru' itunes when syncing my ipad or thru' the screen saver on ITV . My photo apps is Version 1.0 (209.52.0)
Have you tried deleting the photo cache from your computer and then re-trying the photo sync and see if they all then copy over (you need to select and sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go, as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad) ? Don't know about the Facebook photo emailing, but there are a number of apps that allow to upload photos to their site (e.g. the 'official' Facebook app).

what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what do you see when iPhoto opens?
what fixes have you tried?
where is you library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

Don't know if there is an option make the download window stay up, but you can bring it back with Ctrl+J then right-click on the download to open the folder it was downloaded to.

You should have no need to use the Old Sync account.
As long as device or devices are Firefox 29 or later (They should all be Firefox 30 now) you should use the New Sync.
You may use the same email address with both accounts. -

Is it possible to support Logic in 32-bit plug-ins in future updates? How about to make a bridge built in Logic. I would have long ago moved on to a new version of Logic, but I have the equipment (UAD-1 and Liquid Mix), which are not run on the Loqic X. So I would suggest to make a bridge in Logic X. As it was in version 9 of the Logic.
In addition.. Focusrite have stated they will not be releasing a 64bit version of Liquid Mix as they consider it outdated software these days.... even though at one point a limited release beta version had a 64bit AU version included but it was so unstable it was rapidly dropped...
However the 32bit to 64bit bridge plugin 32 Lives, states it will handle and 'convert' the Stereo version of Liquid Mix to 64bit but not the Mono version... within LPX

Finally, like others here, I would be extremely surprised if Apple added 32bit AU support back into LPX.. That '32bit tech' is long dead and gone....in terms of modern DAWs... as it is in other DAWs such as the recent PT versions... -

Is so Please realize that is is new to me and step by step is the only way I am going to figure it out. My iPhone is a 5s running 8.12 and Ipad 4 but not the latest version. Any thoughts?
