I'm not able to remove a Skype contact permanently

Hi all,
when I delete a contact in Skype (by right clicking on the contact and select Remove Contact) it apparently deletes, but then when I disconnect and reconnect on Skype it reappears as again as NOT REMOVED.
How can I make sure this contact will continue to be removed?

Not able to remove 'emtpy home' directory entry

I'm trying to remove an Oracle 10.2.0.1.0 installation on a Linux system. My problem is, that I'm not able to remove an 'empty home' directory with the installer. The button 'Remove..' is grayed out.
The reason why I want to remove that directory is, that I want to do an installation into this directory again. But the requirements check of the installation fails because of this 'empty home' directory (which is actually deleted on the file system).
Does someone know where this information is stored on the filesystem or how I can force the installer to install in this directory anyway? BTW: I have also a 9.2 installation on the same system, but that's probably no problem.

Has this database been upgraded via the patch process? If so, run the installer from the patch directory, you can often get to the uninstall from there. It all has to do with oracle inventory and what it sees as your most recent install. After you have done the uninstall/remove, you can just go delete the directory and remaining contents -- there will not be much left.

Not able to remove the ABAP code from Transformation

Hello Experts,
We have transformation for DSO in that for one infoobject, field routine is written, Break Point is hard coded there and it's move to production. Now we are trying to remove that break point from development and then move it production.
we are doing following activity to remove the break point.
1. Open the transformation.
2. Open the field routine.
3. Going to ABAP code in field routine.
4. Remove the hard coded Break Point from ABAP code.
5. Saving the code.
6. It's taking to again filed routine window.
7. We close the window and activate the transformation.
8. When again check the ABAP code in field routine then it shows hard coded Break Point again.
9. Not able to remove the hard coded break point.
Can anyone know how to do this.
Help will be appreciated.

As pointed above, after point 6 don't simply close the window but click on Transfer Value and then activate your transformation. Refresh the system and check again.

Not able to remove items from initiative

We are on PPM 5.0 and I am trying to remove added items from the 'initiative' but I am not able to remove them.
Can someone kindly help, as to what might be preventing from removing items from initiatives.

Hi,
If you want to remove the Items from Intiative , you need remove the relationships object . Not possible to delete directly !
Steps :
Navigate to the Relationships tab , then go to the Sub tab Related Objects , select the Item and click Delete Assignment. You will remove the Item from Initiative dashboard !

Not able to remove User from supervisor desktop

Im not able to remove an user that is not longer with the company from the queue, its on the agent queue and its shows at log out.
I already remove the user form CUCM, also deleted from the inactive user at the ccx admin, also Synchronize Directory Services and nothing..
the only thing I would like to do is
restart the Cisco Desktop Sync Service. but I dont know if I can do that during production without affecting other agents.

Do you see this User ID in the Team which is managed by this supervisor, please de-associate it from the Team incase if it still appearing in the Team's associated list.

I have had similar issues backing up to iCloud. Thy only thing I have found to work every time is backing up to iTunes and then doing a restore to my new device. That includes iPhone 6.

On the old phone go into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Are there any email accounts listed here? Such as Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc?
If so, tap on each of them and check the 'Contacts' option. If it is turned on, this means that contact syncing is enabled for that account and that your contacts may already be synced to that mail account.
Also check Settings > iCloud and look for the 'Contacts' option. Is it enabled? If so, then it is possible that some contacts could be synced to your iCloud account as well. You can check to see which contacts are in which account by going to the Contacts app on your old phone and pressing the 'Groups' button in the top left corner. You may see several groups here. Uncheck all groups and then check each group one at a time to check and see how many contacts are synced to each account. You cannot sync Outlook 2011 directly with an iPhone, but if you go to the Tools menu and choose Sync Services, you can have Outlook sync with iCal and Address Book, which will then sync with the iPhone. And if your business is using Microsoft Exchange, you can set the iPhone up to communicate and sync directly with the Exchange server.
