I doubt that the W-4 has a submit button. If you are using Reader XI (actually the topic of the Reader forum, not this one), you should be able to save it and then print and deliver. If it is set to be submitted by the browser, then it may be your Reader and the browser are not talking properly. If there is a generic URL that you can provide that has the W-4, we might be able to give you more info. A lot depends on what your particular form looks like. Hand carrying it should always be an option.

Ok so sorry for clogging the community!! I figured it out - you have to copy your videos into itunes manually. I did that, synched and all good!

Hi. I recently got a new computer and transferred all my files across using TimeMachine. Whenever I try to sign into any CC program (including CC) the program instantly shuts down and an Apple error message comes up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled CC twice with no avail and deleted every Adobe product on my computer and nothing is working.

I got a new Kobo and tried to register it so that I can download books from the public library. I have had an issue that I have been dealing with for about a year that sounds just like this. I found they were due to poor electrical connections. Check and clean all the electrical connection contacts for the battery to the phone, and the phone to the cord. Because I had plugged and unplugged the phone so much, the hole for the power cord was very dirty and had become quite worn and was bigger than it should have been. I first did like you and got a new cord, this helped but I still had issues. So because I was cheap and did not want to send the phone out for repair to replace the worn parts, or get a new phone, I spent some time and rigged it up nicely. After cleaning the contacts on the phone, I started working on the cord to tighten it up. So with the charger unplugged from the wall and the phone, I very carefully pried up on the contacts that plug into the phone so they would stick out a little more. This helped, but not good enough. I then tried to tighten up the worn hole. At first, I used a small piece of trimmed electric tape that made the plug thicker, this worked, but the tape kept coming off. When I finely got tired of that, I cleaned the tape off of it and started building up several thin layers of superglue making sure not to get it on the contacts. After I was sure the glue was fully dry! I plugged the cord in the worn out hole and it fit, and worked like new. That was almost a year ago. I have had to re-apply glue once after it had wore down some. I also found that a desk charger where the phone stands up works pretty good. It still has and issue from time to time. I just have to wiggle it a bit and I can get it to work.

I have a mid 2012 MacBook Pro. All of my music was on a PC computer. I don't really know how to work with PCs but I am more than familiar with Macs. I have an iPhone with all of the grayed out music on it and they play fine. They play on the PC too. But when I transferred them over, they just won't play. There is also a little cloud with an arrow pointing downward which I thought meant download.
So I read another thread that said to log out of itunes and this would be fixed. I logged out and back in again and now the grayed out music is GONE. Just gone. I have everything on a flash drive still, so no big deal but is there a way I can get all of the music to download? And not be grayed out this time?Hi there,
It sounds like your purchased content is not transfering via a flash drive. It may be easier to re-download this contnet directly from iTunes. Take a look at the article below for mor information.

I have purchased actual ringtones from the ITunes store. They were working fine on my Iphone 3 before, but I got a new laptop and the new version of ITunes, and now even though they are listed as ring tones on my ITunes, they will not transfer to my Iphone. (Please do not tell me they are songs and not ring tones, they are definitely RING TONES!) Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

I downloaded ios7 after being asked to restore. But now my phone wont connect to the activation server and is asking to restore again but I cant because itunes does not show any of my phone information (it just shows a blank white screen with "iphone" in the centre".
I imagine a ton of people are attempting to activate after the update, and the server is getting overloaded. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + about a million more.

My iphone 5 is in disabled status but when going through the recovery process it asks for the SIM pin but I cannot access the screen as the phone wont connect to the activation server not the screen to unlock the SIM. What do I do?
That's usually a symptom of a phone that was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it.

I have a 2nd generation nano that I have had for 2 years, but not used very much. It has always worked fine and still does however it wont connect to the computer at all. I have tried different ipod usb cables and different computers. It will charge and play on an ipod stereo. I would like to be able to hook it up to the computer so I can put more music on it. Has anyone had this problem before?
Update to the newest version of iTunes if that doesn't work
Try uninstalling the drivers,
Plug in your iPod
Right click on My Computer and click on Manage
that will bring you to the Computer Management
On the left hand side click on device manager
on the right side click on the plus sign next to Universal Serial Bus Controllers
it will show a list, in that list locate iPod or USB mass storage device
right click and select uninstall
Unplug your iPod and plug it back in
Windows should automatically start installing them again
if nothing pops up then right click on Universal Serial Bus Controllers
and choose scan for hardware changes -

There is no such thing as an "SG3" or "SG4". Did you possibly mean a 3GS and iPhone4?
It has always been very basic to ensure that a backup exists of your media and other important files. Computers fail, hard drives crashes... things happen. Do you not have a backup? The iPhone, like all iDevices is NOT a backup of your media, but rather a mirror of the content in the iTunes library on your computer.
If your contacts, pics, etc are not on your computer, no backups of the iPhone exist, and they are not on the phone, they are gone.
No one can magically make them re-appear. -

I just paid $230.00 for an 8gb Ipod-touch, and a warranty, and it wont connect to the internet. I put in my network, and the password, but it's not going through. But my brothers works fine. Anybody know what i can do ?
Yeah, they took down the post cause im not supposed to talk about it apparently. That was my brothers. His is working fine, he can go online, and do things, but for some reason i cant go on youtube, or safari, and cant connect to my main connection.
I was thinking, maybe since there is two I-Touch's, maybe only one can be connected, but im not to sure about that.
