I'm on 4GB internet per month, how can I add more per month?

Hi, I currently have 4gb internet per month but I seem to be using this all a week before my data refreshes now I have brought myself an Iphone.(I didn't have an iphone when i took this contract out) I was wondering if i could add on data so it automatically puts it onto my bill every month so I don't run out?

Hey Kelly  I would suggest before you upgrade to determine WHY you consume that much. Are there any background applications that might take your bandwidth? If you are streaming video, is there a setting to lower video quality to save bandwidth? Have you enabled power saving to shut down data usage when your phone is iddle and not in use? Have you enabled compression in your Google Synchronazation settings (Accounts/Google)?  Please check your data consuption to see what's happening so that to get the best options.  Hope the above helps a little.

  • How can I add more memory to my iPad?

    How can I add more memory to my iPad?

    Memory refers to RAM, and can't be increased.
    I asume you mean storege space (like 16GB, 32GB, etc). It also can't be increased.
    There are some wireless external hard drives that can be used with the iPad.
    The Kingston Wi-Drive, which costs $50 for the 16 Gigabyte, and then $30 more for every 16 gigs more. It works by you turning it on and then accessing the files on it from an app that you download on your iDevice. You can access music, movies, and other stuff. No connections or anything, it works like a WiFi connection, you connect to it from the setting on the iPad under wireless networks.
    Then there is the Seagate GoFlex, which some would recommend over the Wi-Drive. But this one costs $199 and had 500 Gigabytes of storage. It works the sameway as the Kingston: no wires, runs over its wireless connection. You can actually fit up to 300 HD movies on it.
    Another option:
    Expand your iPad's storage capacity with HyperDrive

  • How can i add more a phone number in phone 4s

    Hi i'm new for IOS, i have got iphone 4s in my hand. i try to synchronize my contact list to iphone, it's work. but i would like to know how can i add more a phone number into a person in the list. default as show 1.mobile and 2.iphone
    Thanks

    If you have completed the info for a contact there will be additional spaces for more phone numbers. If you have not added a number yet, simply tap the word to the left of the blank phone number space to change the category.

  • How can I add more options of alternate languages to the "Spec Name" translations?

    The options should appear on a GSM specification when I click on the little globe besides Spec Name, ShortName, Description, and other fields. But I cannot find where to configure that list of languages so that I can add the ones I need for proactive translations.

    You can definitely add more languages.
    1. Check out the configuration guide: Multi-Language Support for Proactive Translations section.   It will tell you how to activate them in the database.
    2. Once activated, you will need to assign them to the users that can add translations.  You do this in UGM on the user profile.
    3.  Once languages have been added to the user, the user will see the language options in the proactive language popup.
    Hope this helps.  Let me know if you have any further questions.

  • How can I add more items to an array?

    hi there
    I have a file chooser to select files. and store them in a File[] listfile. but if I need to add some more files to this listfile, how can I add them without deleting previous selected files? I know I can use List class to do this, can I just use listfile directly?
    thank you

    You can't change the size of an array once you have created it. You can use a List, as you say, or you can copy the array entries to a new array of a different size.

  • How can i  add more than 500 jPanels in a jScrollPane

    Hello to all ,
    I am facing a problem related to adding jPanels in jScrollPane. My application needs more than 500 jpanels in the jscrollpane.where in each jPanel 4 jtextboxes, 1 comboboxes, 1 check box is there.when the check box will be clicked then the total row( ie row means the panel containing the 4 jtextboxes, 1 comboboxes, 1 check box ).and when the user will click on move up or move down button then the selected jpanel will move up or down.
    The tool(sun java studio enterprise 8.1) is not allowing more Jpanels to add manually. so i have to add the jpanels by writing the code in to a loop. and the problem is that when i am trying to add the code in the code generated by the tool the code written out side the code by me is not integratable into the tool generated code.
    If u watch the code here am sending u ll get what am facing the problem. The idea of creating jpanels through loop is ok but when trying to impleent in tool facing difficulties.
    A example code am sending here. please tell me how i can add more panels to the scrollpane(it is the tool generated code)
    Thanks in advance , plz help me for the above

    Thanks for here kind attention to solve my problem.
    I am thinking to create the classes separately for the components (i.e the jpanel, combobox,textbox etc)and call their instaces from the for loop .But the problem is the jpanel will contain the other components and that jpanels (unlimited jpanels will be added later)will be later added to the jscrollpane.
    By writing code, the problem is to place components( the comboboxes,textboxes etc placed on the jpanel ) in appropriate coordinates . So i am doing it through tool .
    I am sending here the sample code related to my actual need . In this i have taken a jScrollPane, on that i have added jPanel1 and on jPanel1 i have added jPanel2.On jPanel2 jTextField1, jComboBox1,jCheckBox are added. If the u ll see the code u can understand what problem i am facing.
    If i am still not clearly explained ,please ask me. plz help me if u can as u have already handled a problem similar to this.

  • How can I add more chosen websites for quick access in the remaining empty fields in "file"-"new tab"? ing empty fields

    I can´t add preferred, chosen, most visited or bookmarked websites to the 28,15 or 6fields in"file" - "new tab". I have a PC with Windows Vista and have been using Firefox with additional Google toolbar as my preferred or default browser for several years. I have downloaded several updates. I suspect that my version is now 4 or 5. Originally the Google for Firefox new tab feature showing chosen favourite or preferred websites for quick one click access worked fine but I seem to have lost the abiiity or forgotten how to add new such favourites for quick access. The "edit" button there on the bottom left can only delete valuable chosen sites, which then seem to the be lost forever. This edit button is very dangerous! The "bookmarks" and "most visited" tabs listed show a wild coincidental mixture of sites I once visited sometime but have nothing to do with my real favourites or chosen or most visited sites. So I don´t use these bookmark or "most visited" features.

    Most visited would not be your bookmarks, but your tab history.
    You can check that out via Ctrl+Shift+H then search on ":" (colon without the quotes). Sort on the "Visits Count" (descending) and you will see that they agree.
    '''Most visited''' is one of the '''smart bookmark folders''' which are database queries.

  • How can i add more statements in java code dynamically...

    I have a (business works) BW process in TIBCO which has many activities including java code. In java code activity I have some if statements like
    if (Country.equals("USA))
    Country code = 1
    else if(Country.equals("GERMANY))
    Country code = 49
    the above information is coming from database. now my project is deployed and running. In future, if they add more countries in database how I can include them dynamically without changing my BW process java code activity and redeploying again. Is there any solution?
    Please advice.

    You won't reconfigure the Java application without redeploying. This is one of the reasons that including data in the code is bad.
    If you created a file which contained data like this:
    Canada <tab> 1
    USA <tab> 12
    Germany <tab> 6
    Then your program could read the file into a map. The map could be used to lookup the country code based on the name.
    In the future, you could change the file to:
    Canada <tab> 1
    USA <tab> 12
    Germany <tab> 6
    France <tab> 17
    China <tab> 2
    And the program wouldn't need to be changed. You would just need to send out the new country file.

  • How can I add more than five URLs to the address bar drop down list?

    How many URLs can the Awesome Bar hold in the drop down list? I was showing five, but when I tried to add a sixth by cutting and pasting the URL in the address bar and clicking "Enter", it did not show up. Can the Awesome Bar hold more than five?

    It is possible that you have an extension that sets this value to a lower setting than the current default of 12.
    Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
    *Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
    *Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

  • When I want to add an album onto my iphone using itunes, I am successful in  putting one album on my phone but when I want to add another album it deletes the first album I put on my phone. How can I add more albums without some albums disappearing?

    I am having a problem with importing cds onto my iPhone. I have successfully added a playlist or album to my phone but when I want to add another album/artist, the first album that was on there has all of a sudden disappeared. Its like I can only have one album on my phone. This is my first time dealing with anything Apple because I have been using android phones. Any help would be appreciated as I don't fully understand iTunes.

    You can delete photos from individual albums but not from the camera roll.  If you try to delete a photo from camera roll it will be deleted from all other albums ("locations") that contain the photo.  This is because the actual photo is in the camera roll (the albums only contain links to the photo in camera roll, not the actual photo).

  • How can i add more than one portlet description in my provider.xml

    I already tested MyFirstPortlet developed using JPDK and is working fine.I add one more portlet description in the same provider.xml. But the new portlet is not getting displayed under the provider when i try to add it in my page.
    null

    Abdulla,
    I just want to verify that I understand your question. You successfully created "MyFirstPortlet" using the JPDK, now you are trying to add a second portlet using the provider.xml file and it does not show up in the Add Portlets Screen when trying to add the new portlet to a page.
    This could be one of many different problems.
    1) Make sure that you added it to the provider.xml file correctly. You should have two portlets within one provider within the file. For example (note only displaying tags, content missing):
    <provider class="oracle.portal.provider.v1.http.DefaultProvider" session="true">
    <portlet class="oracle.portal.provider.v1.http.DefaultPortlet" version="1" >
    <id>1</id>
    </porltet>
    <portlet class="oracle.portal.provider.v1.http.DefaultPortlet" version="1" >
    <id>2</id>
    </porltet>
    </provider>
    Notice above that i have two portlet open/close tags within a single provider.
    2) Make sure that the location of this file is the one listed in zone.properties.
    3) Make sure you stop and restart your listener to accept the changes of the provider.xml file.
    4) Login to Portal as an Administrator and go to the Administration page of Portal. Click on Administer, then click on "Display Portlet Repository". Click on Refresh at the top right of the page to retrieve the changes to the provider.xml file. Scroll down to the myfirstprovider and you should now see the new portlet you added.
    Hope this helps,
    Sue
