I'm paying for the creative cloud package but Can't download any program! Adobe is not recognizing my payment! What can I do? I can't wait anymore! Anyone here have seen it before?

Actually I have already contacted the support. My case number is 0215124375.
I decided to write here at the community because I'm sincerely worry about it, and I would like to know if someone else have already seen it before.
Adobe is verifying my case, but I'm in need of an urgent response. I don't know if I make another account and another credit card debit, just to have access for the programs, or if I wait working on another old PC computer for 25 trial days. If I make another account I can be charged for 2 payments, That's what I don't want.
If you have any other case like mine, please let me know,

I'm paying monthly for Creative Cloud (student pack). It worked well, but when I switched my computer and redownloaded the creative cloud with its apps, it told me I was on trial and that I had to pay for the full version. The strange thing was that I was still paying at that time. I did log in properly when I downlaoded Cloud. I don't know what is wrong here. Please help, or I'll be losing my money in a flash.

What it says. I have the full cloud membership, but in the Creative Cloud app/control panel, some programs show a "Try" button instead of "Install." Is this a glitch and will I have the full versions of all of these apps like I am paying for?

I had a prepaid photography plan for a couple of months and then decided to upgrade to the full creative cloud suite because I needed more apps. However, I just updated today and I still don't see all of the apps. I changed my card from one I had used previously to a different one, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it not working yet.

This is my current view of the Creative Cloud program.
For some reason Premiere CS6 was available but I cannot find the app anywhere on my computer after downloading. It says it is functioning in creative cloud but I cannot find it. So I tried to uninstall it, but it's not working. Audition CS6 was able to download from the Creative Cloud without any issues but shouldn't it be CC not CS6? Also I need After Effects as well but I can't find that. The InDesign CS6 was a physical disc copy I had from before with a license. -
Can I use a real copy of Photoshop for as long as I am paying for the Creative Cloud?
Hello, I am on Windows 8 and need a working copy of Photoshop but an outright purchase was just too expensive for me. So I subscribed to the cloud in hopes that I could just pay monthly for the software. But when I download Photoshop CC I see that it is still asking me for a serial number. So my question is, is the cloud monthly fee enabling me to use the software ongoing? Or do I still need to purchase something else at some point?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Helppp just got the creative cloud membership but can't get illustrator to work :/
So i recently purchased the annual student membership for creative cloud as i need it for my uni course, ive downloaded both photoshop and illustrator...photoshop opens and works fine but as soon as illustrator opens i get a error message and it closes itself down this has happend over and over again can someone please HELP!!!???

I keep getting the trial versions after I've paid for the Creative Cloud service.
I'm currently paying for the creative cloud service and I've downloaded a few of the programs (Indesign, Incopy, Photoshop, Illustrator) but when I open them they are coming up as trial versions. I uninstall the ones that were the trial version and reinstall them and I keep getting the trial version, What should do to fix this problem?

If I have the creative cloud package which has Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator CS6, do I have to pay to again to get the CC 2014 version?
It really depends on which subscription plan you are signed up to. Normally whichever programs are available thru your subscription are listed for you to install in the CC desktop manager application. If you do not see certain programs listed it might be because your machine does not meet the system requirements for them... that is normally what happens with the manager.

I payed for my creative cloud membership at 9.99/mo. I got it this morning. I was able to download Lr, but not able to download Ps. is asking me to pay again. Why is that, because I got the student packet deal. Can you please help.

I want to upgrade it to be complete membership . first I could not cancel my old one . second i pay for the second one, third i could not download the indesign cc ( which i need right now because they ask for serial number) .
