I'm traveling overseas for a year. How do I make sure my ipod 4 apps don't get deleted?

I've heard that itunes will delete all of your apps because they think the ipod has been stolen. I want to make sure that doesn't happen, but I don't want to spend 19.95 to call customer support!

If one bought a stolen iDevice then a real owner may remove all the apps, etc. However, it is not related to device location. Otherwise, someone may be removed apps without understanding what he/she is doing and pointed finger to Apple side.
Imagine all the business people traveling around the world, having a separate iPhone for every continent or country.

So my computer crashed. We replaced the hard drive. I recently re-installed itunes. But when I plugged in my ipod all I could do was tranfer purchases or wipe my ipod. I have about 500 songs from cd's that i do NOT want to put back in my itunes library. There are several ways you can pull the music off your iPod and onto iTunes. There is a very direct method, which I personally prefer, but there are also numerous third party applications, which will help you accomplish the task as well. Changing your Apple ID to your current, working email address will not create another Apple ID, it will only change it to your working email address.

Troubleshooting suggestions:
Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder.
Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm!
Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists
is the problem with

One Apple tech started to fix Iweb and had to end session and the next said problem with hosting at Network Solutions as it published
to local folder. NWS has checked sttting a few times-

You won't be able to install your original Acrobat 7 at all, or use your original serial number. The server which used to allow this was switched off.
But assuming you have a compatible system, like Mac OS 5 or Windows XP, licensed users of Acrobat 7 can download a replacement and get a replacement serial number.

Regardless, you would only know if there was a problem with any sort of gift card (not just an Apple gift card) when you actually try to redeem the code. In order to narrow down the issue and search we need to know the specific transaction detail for which you faced this issue.
1. Signers email address
2. Senders email address
3.Name of the document
4. Date it was sent.

1. Quit iPhoto
2. Copy the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.
Note: This is now your Library. It's not a Back Up, and you need another disk for backing up.
