I'm trying to change my iCloud id to the same as my app ID,but I cant.

I Am trying to access my iCloud bit I cannot log on as my password is not working I have tried to change my Apple ID to be the same as it is for my app id and iTunes and I csnt do that either I just keep getting the log into iCloud with my username that the password for dosent work how can I fix this.
