I'm trying to download CS6 I keep getting a window that says I need to close Bridge. Bridge not open
I cannot download CS6 because I keep getting a window popping up saying I need to close Bridge. Bridge is already closed. How do I get around this? Do I need to remove bridge altogether from my computer?

'I am trying to play games on a website that requires the use of pop0ups. I have attempted to allow pop0ups on that website and now I get a window named "Cross-Domain Receiver Page". Its a blank page and I cannot go any further on the web-site. It just freezes there. Could you tell me how to get past this annoyance?
Having the same issue here. I unfortunately purchased a book on iTunes, then went to download iBooks, but can't due to their recent update/upgrade. My kids iTouchs are all 6.1.5 , So I'm guessing that if you did not have iBooks previously purchased that you are now S.O.L. if you want to read a book on your iPod??
I am rather frustrated that I spent money on a book that they can't read.
Is there another app that will let them read it? -

This is the window I keep getting even after I authorize my computor:
I lost count on how many times I authorized my computer. I already deleted the SC file and changed the the setting as suggested in the account file in my computer, but made no difference.

Try deleting track from your computer and go to iTunes Store>purchased under quicklinks and download again.

I keep getting messages that indicate that I will lose my 20 GB complimentary storage. "Your complimentary iCloud storage upgrade expires on September 30, 2013."
When I go to my icloud settings - it shows that I am on the 20GB plan for $40.
What gives?If you have purchased additional space that will have over-ridden the complimentary storage you had and will run until renewal a year from when you purchased it. You've received an automated email which hasn't recognized that you have purchased the storage: ignore it.

I keep getting an alert that says I need to update an app but the update "is no longer available?"
I keep getting an alert on tge App Store icon that I have an update available. But, when I get to iTunes to update, I get a message that "the item I chose is no longer available." The item/app shows up on the updates page but I can't seem to update it or even delete it! Suggestions?
If you hold your finger on the Craiglist App, until all Apps Jiggle, do you get an X on the upper right hand corner of the app and if you touch the X, does the app not delete? If you can delete it, you can redownload it and you'd get the current version.

The download appears to work ,it extracts the files then a box comes up saying I can't run it as this user( with the name of my login),. gives me the option to check my login name or check administer with a password. I have tried both, I am the only administer on the computer. Using windows vista. I have searched and some of the things like turorials etc are on my computer but I can't get the actual browser to open and there is no shortcut for firefox. Currently I am using IE since chrome kept freezing up, so does IE.

You don't. the ipad is not a backup/storage device. it simply mirrors the selected content of your computer. The sync is one way - computer to ipad. The only exception is itunes purchases.
Did you fail to maintain a backup copy of your computer?
If so, not good.
You may be able to purchase a third party program, not supported by Apple, to get the other music. -

im trying to download itunes 10.5 but keep getting error message that says: There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A problem run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. I am using windows XP 32 bit, all the other computers in my house downloaded just fine, no problems, however this is the computer my iphone is set up to, ive tried doing a virus scan, windows update, downloading other things, updating everything possible, everything works fine, its just itunes that wont download, anyone have any other ideas?
Yes, I had found a similar solution also. I'm running XP Pro, SP3. I went Control Panels/ Add-Remove programmes/apple software update/ change/ repair. Then run the 10.5 exe.
While the programme updated from version 8 of iTunes, my new iTunes is now a mess. Not all of my music was in the same folder previously but it all showed up on iTunes. Now many albums have been left out, some have only a few tracks and some have two copies of some tracks as well as having other tracks missing. I haven't begun to work on that. -

You must verify your payment info before you can make purchases. I did all that, updated payment info and checked paypal it is verified, and it still won't work. Im stumped
