I'm trying to download new apps and I keep getting a loading sign

I currently have PhotoShop installed, and it works great. But I've been trying to download other apps like Illustrator and Lightroom and I keep getting a loading sign, and nothing else happens. How do I fix this so I can download other apps from Creative Cloud?

SakarPrasenjit it appears you are making progress as you no longer have a blank screen within the Creative Cloud Desktop application. Please see Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud desktop app download error for more information on your current error.

And they do offer a compatible version. As I am running running Netflix on my first generation iPad just fine.
You'll need to first "purchase" the non compatible version either on a newer device that can run it or on a computer running iTunes using the Apple ID that is on the first Gen iPad.
After that is done, you should be able to go into the App Store App, and find Netflix under the Purchased Tab. Tap on it to download it and you should be warned its not compatible, but will be offered the compatible version.

Wow, I found a solution in another thread:
I had exact same error.....
Rebooting - Failed
Logging in to iTunes - Failed
Logging into itunes Store - Failed
Logging into iTunes Genius - SUCCESS I woulnd't have thought it would make a difference but it does Then just log into the 'other' services with iTunes.

See a a version compable with your iPod is available:
Starting when iOS 7 was released, Apple now allows downloading the last compatible version of some apps (iOS 4.2.1 and later only)

You first have to download the non-compatible version on your computer. Then when you try to purchase the version on your iPod you will be offered a compatible version if one exists.
Also, if you have iOS 6.1.6 yo have a 4G (has cameras). A 3G does not have cameras and can only go to 5.1.1

Reports are that this is a problem with the iTunes Store that they're working on. Some people have had success after signing out of their account and back in. If that doesn't work for you, wait a few hours or perhaps until tomorrow and by then they may have the problem sorted out.

You need to reinstall the App Store.
Use Lion Recovery to do that.
