I'm trying to download photoshop cc, but adobe application managers quits repeatedly
I've tried this several times now, restarted my mac, tried again, but i'm getting nowhere.

InDesign trial download - Adobe Applications manager keeps quitting unexpectedly.
You can download directly if using a different browser also fails.if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html and activate with your serial number. if you have a problem downloading, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies. The most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com), failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com.

Trying to download premier pro and adobe application manager will not stop the four square dance.
I'm simply trying to download the program. I would like to purchase it and start using it, but AAM will not allow me to download it. It just sits and spins forever. Ideas?

I tried to download Photoshop CS2 but it said the installation failed... What do I do?
I downloaded a Photoshop CS2, I have a new computer, so I requested a new download. Adobe gave me a new download, but in the process, it said that the installation failed, and that I needed to contact the software manufacture for assistance. The guy in the chat told me that I needed to come to the forums and get help here. So here I am... Anybody knows what should I do? Thank you for any feedback!

My browser is not responding to the download. Any thoughts on why? Mayb e because i am on a satellite dish for my internet?
Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

Keep getting "Download Error" when using Adobe Application Manager. Have tried from different areas.
I'm trying to update my CC Illustrator, as there is an issue that has apparently been resolved with a new update.
Whenever I try to update Illustrator, or even download a new application, I get an error window "Download Error. Try again or contact customer support."
I have tried to download both directly from Adobe Application Manager and from the Creative Cloud website itself. I have restarted my computer. This has been happening for 2 days now. Just can't seem to connect with Adobe Application Manager.
At one point I got a window message that said to check the Adobe Site Status, and all looked green and fine there.
And this forum appears to be the only "customer support" ???! I don't see any chat help or phone help. Is that true?
I can go back to CS4 Illustrator to get the feature that I need (zoom in/out using magic mouse+Option, which is my favorite and essential Illustrator shortcut) but obviously will need to update and download more CC features and programs in the near future.

I am trying to download photoshop presets from online but can't seem to figure out how to open them in photoshop. They download sucessfuly and then goes to my download folder on my computer, from there I double click on the file and photoshop opens and then nothing happens, any ideas? I am using a PC

I am trying to download Photoshop CS6 onto my Mac from the Adobe website, but I do not have a serial number. I made an Adobe ID, but the serial number is not under "My Products" nor have I received an email including a serial number. I do not know how else to find the serial number. Please help!
You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

Trying to download Photoshop Elements 9 on to my tablet. I have my S/N. I down loaded the files –PhotoshopElements_9_LS15 – but can not open.
you need both the 7z and exe files. put both in the same directory and click (or double click) the exe.
