I'm trying to download photoshop extended cs4.0. I have a license key. I had to replace a staff members older PC. each time I try to download the installer, it says there is a tronjan. I've tried 2 different browsers, so I know it's not a browser issue. Any insite?
I agree with Chris Cox. It's a false positive. If you can't get that settled right away, see if this download link helps any.

I have tried to download Photoshop Elements 10 three times now and it has crashed every time. I checked my settings and the format on my computer is Max OS Extended. I read that 3 other people were having the same problem. Did anyone figure out how to fix this or does Photoshop Elements not run on Mac OS X?

Trying to download Photoshop Elements 9 on to my tablet. I have my S/N. I down loaded the files –PhotoshopElements_9_LS15 – but can not open.
you need both the 7z and exe files. put both in the same directory and click (or double click) the exe.

Photoshop Extended CS4 and AVCHD video
Is there a way to load AVCHD videos (.mts or .m2ts) in Photoshop Extended CS4.
Given premiere CS4 can read them I would hope PS does too, but when trying to load one, it says it is not the right kind of document.

Not sure by what you mean by windows media architecture formats. I can play AVCHD in Windows media player (using FFDSHOW codec and Haali media splitter),
What confuses me is that I posted my question online telling them I was testing CS4 (trial version) because of my interest in that functionnality, and was told by Adobe to call support, but when I called support, they told me it could, but refused to tell me how to do it because I do not own the product...

I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC (together with the Apps) doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.
