Was this book downloaded using iBooks, or from another application? If it was from iBooks you will need to install that application to delete it.

It's not a separate program, it's automatically installed alongside the other CC apps which need it (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc).

Hello, I have creative cloud installed on my Mac Book Pro - OS X 10.9. 5 When trying to download trial programs, a popup window shows the message " you have been disconnected" Connect to continue. The same message comes after repeated attempt to entering the login and password info. How can I solve this?

Downloaded CS6 from the cloud on trial version a few weeks back. During instalation my computer crashed and left it kind of partially installed i think. I deleted the files i could find to try and re-instal. Have managed to get the creative cloud back but when i load it up im not given any options - no apps or home or anything just the shell. Does anyone know whats up or cangive me some advice to get my trial please. Many thanks

I tried to download a game but the download just stopped, I tried again 5 mins later but a window popped up saying You have already downloaded this app it will download again at no additional charge.
Reset your iPad and see if the app shows up. If the app icon is on your iPad somewhere, try tapping on it to resume the download if it did not complete.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
